Complaint Regarding Unfair Withdrawal Delay and Account Handling

I have been trading in the forex market for the past 6 years. From the beginning, I have traded with Exness without any major issues. A friend of mine recommended XYLO Market, so I decided to test the broker by depositing $500.

After making some successful trades and earning a profit, I submitted a withdrawal request. However, my withdrawal was blocked without any valid reason. I traded using my own strategy and accepted my own risk. Whether I choose to trade with low risk or high risk is entirely my decision. If I had lost money, it would have been my loss. Since I made a profit, the broker immediately blocked my withdrawal.

My trading account was then blocked, and it remained inaccessible for 14 days. During this period, I received no response to my emails. When my account was finally reopened, I discovered that all of my profits had been removed without any explanation.

After that, I requested another withdrawal. The broker only processed $300, even though I had deposited $500 of my own money. The remaining $200 of my initial deposit is still marked as “Under Review.” My profits were removed without justification, and now even my own deposited funds are being withheld.

This is completely unfair and unacceptable. A broker should never hold a client’s initial deposit without a valid reason. I strongly advise traders to stay away from this broker because even your own deposited funds are not safe.

I request that my remaining $200 initial deposit be released immediately and that a clear explanation be provided for these actions.

I haven't slept properly in weeks, but today I can finally breathe again. I found this page on Instagram run by a guy who promised to teach me the ins and outs of algorithmic trading. They transferred $10,000 worth of Solana to my account to 'practice.' I followed their exact signals, doubled the money in days, and withdrew $15,400 directly to my bank account. They convinced me I was missing out on a once-in-a-lifetime institutional tier. I liquidated my 401k and borrowed heavily, dumping $150,000 into the site. Soon, my dashboard boldly displayed over $2.5 million. I submitted a withdrawal request for $3.2 million. Customer support messaged me saying I had to pay a $150,000 cross-chain routing fee out of pocket. Desperate, I sold my remaining assets to pay it, then they hit me with a $200k 'state tax' demand. My entire world collapsed in seconds. Knowing the police couldn't do much with crypto, I frantically searched online and found a highly recommended blockchain intelligence agency, (kit gps), who immediately started tracing the complex movements of the ETH until it was sold on a decentralized mixer. The scammers' physical bank info was obtained, the ringleader was caught, and my ETH was miraculously reversed.

I made a profit while trading with this broker. I was introduced to this broker by a person named Jahangir, who guaranteed that both deposits and withdrawals were instant.
However, my deposit took about two and a half hours to arrive. When I requested a withdrawal of my profit, my account was suddenly placed under review and effectively blocked without any valid reason, even though my trading activity was completely normal.
I have been trying to contact the broker for the past two days, but no proper solution has been provided. Jahangir is promoting this broker and bringing people to it, but based on my experience, this broker has serious issues.
From what I experienced, the broker has no problem when clients lose money. However, as soon as a client makes a profit and requests a withdrawal, the account is placed under review or blocked.
I encourage all traders to be cautious, do their own research, and carefully evaluate any broker before depositing funds.
