Nonfunctional most of the time. Had to create new email address several times to continue to use this app as unfortunately my parking app wont work .No option to reset password. Never got a reply when request send to rectify issue. It is a disgrace that my gym parking is with this company.

Rubbish App , I use them all , the search function and the GPS location finder is terrible , app iss generally clunky and out of date .

The app is a disgrace
The app is a disgrace. Considering it’s the only choice in a number of parking situations the extent to which it simply does not work is astonishing.
The App Store is full of negative reviews - fix your app. It’s been broken for so long, I don’t understand why you can’t just make it easy to use. There’s really no excuse for it to be this consistently broken.

Very slow. Cant use previuosly stord cards. Data entry boxes too small for folks with normal sized fingers etc etc

Probably the worst parking app I have…
Probably the worst parking app I have used. Unintuitive and hard to use. It seems impossible to click on the right parking lot. Awful design. Adds stress when you're trying to park with a crying baby! Also, the name is hilarious. Ypay? Well, exactly... #modernbritain #modernlifeisrubbish

Paid in app but never got a…
Paid in app but never got a notification and so i paid again thinking it didn't work. Turned out I double paid and contacted them to reverse the double charge but they ignored me twice over 2 or 3 weeks. Eventually got my card company to reverse one of the double charge and then they get a 3rd party to issue me a fine for not paying to park... useless company that has absolutely zero customer support/contact options. Only a form which gets ignored.

Waste of time, ruins the experience
Doesn't work, the app is slow. Doesn't find your car, kicks you out for no reason. This is complete waste of time. Pure greed and theft of the worst kind of parking charge company.
BTW, do not ever pay any fines from a private parking firm. They can not legally force you to pay.
If you see the Y PAY Icon. Go somewhere else.
