Cannot recommend Dorland enough!! He really is an amazing driving instructor! I passed first time today with only 3 driver faults and have only been taking lessons with Dorland for 2 months! With absolutely no previous experience, We’ve had lots of hours in that time and I cannot thank him enough he really is a brilliant instructor very patient, professional and a lovely man! Made me feel so confident in myself with driving and was so supportive. If you’re looking for an instructor Dorland is your man! Honestly can’t praise him enough! Thankyou so much 😊

So glad I contacted Neil when I failed my 1st test. He is such a calm, patient instructor and a kind person in general. This helped me in building my confidence as my previous instructor was loud and chaotic which wasn’t helping with my nervous driving skills. I only wish I had Neil from the beginning. Would recommend to anyone, you can’t go wrong with him. Thanks again Neil, couldn’t have done it without you.

Joanne helped me so much whilst learning to drive, she made the experience a lot less stressful, she was so supportive and friendly. couldn’t of passed without her😆

Joanne has been amazing! I first started to learn with someone else and he really ruined my confidence and told me I’d never pass as I wasn’t good enough but Joanne was always so reassuring and calm. Made sure I knew I was good enough and built my confidence up so much. Joanne always made sure I was okay and comfortable with what we was doing. I can never thank her enough for everything she has done for me. Would recommend to everyone and anyone asking for a driving instructor 💗

Natalya is such a great driving instructor and person in general. She made me feel confident and comfortable on the road, she believed in me passing my driving test what was a pleasant surprise to my previous experience with instructor. She’s very flexible and she actually wants you pass your test. Great instructor.

Best there is have had a couple instructors before and Neil was the one to get me passed!

Came to dorland quite last minute before my test and he accommodated and got me that pass with the little time we had absolute top bloke will be recommending him to everyone

I started my lessons back up around the start of March with Dorland after not my last lesson being around 4 years ago,I told him I had my test on the 27 March due to a cancellation so I was able to bring it forward,of course it was very soon considering how long I hadn't drove for but dorland was willing to get me back up to that point of test ready,I was nervous due to how long it's been and dorland being as calm and helpful as usual got me right back up to speed,so after plenty of lessons I book in with him we eventually arrive to test day,I was very nervous but dorland being the saint he is got me calm right down and after the test I passed,I can thank dorland enough and I would not of been able to do it without him so thank you dorland and I would highly recommend him to anyone starting driving or need a new instructor.

Ross has been an amazing instructor! Even though I didn’t start driving with him he helped me gain any lost confidence and was consistent with my lessons. He would work around my availability when needed which was a massive help and was really appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone and I appreciate everything. It was lovely having you as an instructor. Thank you!

If you want to be a confident, good driver, Neil is your man, he is such a calm and patient person, who is positive and encouraging from day 1.

I could write a thousand things why my journey with Neil was worth its weight in gold. I had encountered a few other tutors before while searching for instructors; had a session with one. But it didn't feel good, & something was missing in the instructor - learner patnership. Then came along Neil when he took my call following another instructor's referral. It was great from the get-go. He brought something unique in how he carried himself & educated his student. His patience, understanding, manner of passing information & reinforcing learner's confidence were best I could imagine; & I couldn't ask for more. We had very tough moments & my work schedule made it even more difficult often, but Neil got my back & kept reassuring me each time. It was a team effort & I felt lucky he was my instructor because he literally had everything I wanted in my dream teacher. I needed refresher driving lessons for a RDAC assessment. The lessons with Jo got me from being nervous about driving to actually enjoying driving again.
Jo took time to ensure I could cope with both town and dual carriageway driving and gave me the confidence to retake the RDAC assessment again.

In only 7 months I went from not even knowing what a clutch does to passing my driving test. Neil also made the experience so much more fun and easy, I definitely recommend!

I cannot thank Natalya enough for teaching me how to drive and for helping me clear my driving test. She's a wonderful teacher and very good at grasping your driving problems. If you learn with Natalya, you'll definitely pass your driving test. I knew my problems but I didn't know how to address it while driving. Natalya gave me very simple solutions and without my knowledge I was able to rectify them in my driving. Her tips and tricks helped me a lot. Above everything she fills you with so much confidence that its almost impossible to fail with such a level of moral boost and her amazing techniques that help you drive well.
I definitely recommend her if you're looking to be a good driver along with passing your test without nervousness.
