A bit too clunky for us.

I will say customer service is always excellent.

This service can be clunky to use. We are a theatre company, we need both an online sales presence and the ability to have a point of sale. As a POS the system is extremely clunky and takes too long per sale, especially when you have a line of in person transactions. There are too many hoops to jump through and customers can be annoyed with having to give an email to finalize the sale. Customers who are not internet/online sale savvy can also have a hard time navigating the website.

On the back end, electronic sales can be hard to track and navigate. It is not readily apparent how to generate reports that give the information needed when tracking where money is coming from, especially when you have multiple shows per season. It is hard to tell what the purchaser is buying when tickets are available for the entire season. We need, for our financial records, to know which shows the ticket purchases are going to.

We may be using the site in a way that it is not completely designed to do. Which is in no way their fault. This just may not be the service for our kind of theatre.

Great Event Ticketing Portal for Charitable Institutions

Great portal, easy to use and customise each, individual event. Can do with couple of presentation customisations for the event tickets for the Customers. No other complaints, easy to integrate with the Payment Gateway and transactions captured without any issues.

First time using online ticketing…

First time using online ticketing platform. Very easy to set and use, no headaches of phone or personal sales of event tickets. Yapstat was very good option they have, which can be used to keep an eye on event sales etc. Would recommend it and will also keep using for future events.

Ease of purcahsing and direct depositing. Improvements would be to like ay the movies you can't leave a single seat open. We loss about 10 seats every show of lost sales due to single seats.

Yapsody is a Great Time Saver!

Yapsody has provided our club with a method to put on large activities, selll tickets and let everyone pick a seat of their choice. As an organizer, it has saved me so much time that was otherwise wasted. 5 star for convenience!

The only negative we really have is that it is a bit difficult to learn. Once it is mastered it is great, but if you do not use it often it is easy to forget how to do certain tasks.

Yapsody's support team always responds quickly, answers my questions, provides links to documentation with more details, and follows up asking if I have more questions.
