i got this Knitting not War shirt. I love the look of it, but I wore it an hour yesterday and today. Its not been laundered, but the paint/ink is peeling off. I received it from my husband on Easter

Fun graphics and attentive customer service.

I purchased a shirt approximately three months ago, and in the time since, it has been well worn. The fabric is strong and comfortable with vibrant colors and crisp graphics. The company is highly communicative and very helpful, demonstrating the highest level of customer service and adaptability.

I had an issue with a past order and was pretty upset about it, but I want to say — if you happen to see any negative reviews I left about YarnMerch, please know they’ve more than made things right. They went above and beyond to fix everything, and because of that, I’ve already ordered more shirts. I absolutely love this company — their customer service is truly outstanding.

Soft stretchy shirt. Great quality and vibrant colors. Just as described. Great communication and quick shipping. Love the shirt.

The fit is perfect as is the fabric. It is a hit with my knitting group. Keep up the excellent work.

tried to call three times and left message . no return call . left 4 messages on website customer service . no return own the email ...

I'm updating my previous negative review to a very positive one. YarnMerch quickly reached out and just as quickly sent me a new order of direct to fabric printing vs. the previous iron-ons. The quality of their new order is exceptional and their rapid hospitable response were quite gracious. I appreciate their customer service and highly recommend their direct to fabric prints.

When I ordered these shirts I loved the designs. The t-shirt is soft and comfortable but the designs are "plastic" feeling and not durable. I've had them since August and already have cracking happening. I even recieved a "quality control check" email, telling me my shirts would ship as soon as someone did the quality check. I had already recieved the shirts a day or so before. Also, 2 of the shirts had printing errors and I had to request new ones. Not impressed and won't be purchasing again.

Below this paragraph is the description of my journey with YarnMerch. Several weeks after being told there was no refund process, the company reached out and offered to refund my money or reprint the shirts using a different process. I chose the reprinting because I was curious. The new shirts were much more to my liking and they offered me a third complimentary shirt for my trouble. I do appreciate the customer service. Perhaps this is a new company and they're just learning about how to handle concerns? At any rate, I'm glad to have shirts that I like. I only wish it didn't take such a long time to do so. PART 1 OF MY EXPERIENCE: I ordered two t-shirts from YarnMerch. When they arrived I realized the printing on the shirts was an iron on process rather than silk screening. I don't like the feel of the iron on graphics so I tried to return the shirts. The return process involves sending an email to the company. I have now sent two emails and received no response. I'm coming to realize that I may never get a refund for the $60 worth of shirts that I purchased.

Expensive t shirt. Great design but the image wasn’t properly placed on the t. 37 bucks for a crumby shirt I won’t wear.

Update. Asked merchant for a refund. Would not honor. Sent another shirt of same quality.

I love my new shirt. I was worried the website was a scam because some of the images looked photoshopped but can confirm this website is legit! After it was shipped it only took 2 days to arrive.
