They are a fraud company that uses extortion practices with CopyTrack. My developer bought a stock image from Depositphotos site so he sued it I was unaware whether ist paid or free o idea but one day they mailed me and demanding and threatening me for money, first I apologies them thought my developer made anything wrong and removed that image but after few days my developer replied me and told that the image was already licensed in our company name and we can use it lifetime. So I added back that image on our site but till now everyday they keep threatening for money or they will file a case against us. They belong to jail, so avoid them at all costs.
They've been incorrect 100% of the time
Terrible extortion company. Constantly flagging my clients from 13+ years ago. Many of these stock image websites have been bought out it's very tough to find the license. They have been batting ZERO with me as I've found all of the licenses. But they keep going to waste my time.
it's as if they're doing it as a way to promote their own website.

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE!
SCAMMERS use COPYTRACK to get money for images they were giving out for free.
They should be thrown in jail for FRAUD!

Dont download YAYimages from Envato Elements
Extremely frustrating experience. I am receiving repeated copyright infringement demands regarding images that were legally licensed through Envato Elements.
Despite having a valid source for the images, the emails and demand letters keep coming. Instead of properly verifying whether an image was legally licensed, they appear to send repeated copyright claims and expect the recipient to prove everything afterwards.
This kind of aggressive copyright enforcement feels like spam and creates unnecessary stress for people who have legitimately obtained their images.
I would not recommend YAY Images based on this experience.

I am continuously receiving demand letters accusing me of copyright violations from Copytrack for YAY Images even though these are images that I either purchased through Adobe or generated using our AI Image Generator in house. These people are frauds and scammers. Beware ! do not answer them !
Be extremely careful with this vendor
Be extremely careful with this vendor. I legally bought a photo on PhotoDune years ago, and now I am receiving copyright infringement notices and threat letters from Copytrack on behalf of YayImages for that exact same image.
Instead of maintaining accurate licensing records, they let third-party enforcement bots harass people who legitimately licensed their content. It’s a complete waste of time and an absolute nightmare for innocent buyers. Avoid them unless you want legal threats for photos you actually paid for!

Business concept: False copyright infringement claims
Once a minor image stock company. With new Hong Kong based owners, a front for systematic scam activity via the infamous German ”Copytrack” operation (at present under the name RD Legal GmbH). Tries to frighten people and companies to pay, by making false copyright infringement claims. Avoid like the plague!
Never even heard of YayImages until…
Never even heard of YayImages until getting threatening emails from CopyTrack demanding payment for license infringement. Even after providing image license downloads from Deposit Photos, still sending garbage claims. Shame on you - scum sucking bottom feeders.
FRODE!
Through Copytrack they tried to scam us
Through Copytrack they tried to scam a client of ours into paying them for an image we provided them with a legal license. The email Yay Images had Copytrack send said literally (in Italian): "the holder of the image rights declares that they have not granted you consent for reproduction".
We had a legal license, rights had been granted, the statement was knowingly false (they have no way of preemptively knowing if we have a license or not) and clearly made to try and get money from people who don't know how to deal with these issues. If you're a creator and use this platform, know that it reflects on you.
Warning, scam, fraud
Warning: This site is a scam under the guise of selling images, whatever they offer you don't easily believe it. I have been a contributor on this site for more than 5 years and have not gotten anything from them. They also took something that was rightfully mine. Their way of cheating is disgusting! This site is very dangerous for buyers and contributors who want to sell their work. Hopefully this information is useful
Achtung Fotografen! Hier keine Fotos hochladen, man bekommt kein Geld für Fotoverkäufe
Achtung an alle Fotografen!
Hier keine Fotos hochladen.
YayImages and Copytrack extorted my…
YayImages and Copytrack extorted my elderly father over a photo my father himself took!! My father sent them almost $1000 to try to get them to leave him alone. He was an older man on a fixed retirement income and made his own website using his own photos he had taken. Extorting that money caused him financial harm which impacted his ability to get healthcare. Their incessant scamming and harassing emails caused my poor sweet dad considerable emotional and physical stress and he died shortly after. He truely agonized over this and became even sicker at the idea of being sued by "the Republic of Germany" or whatever bullshit nonsense was in those emails. He was very confused and scared from these emails. Criminals!!!!!!! Someone needs to sue the sh*t out of these people!!!!!! After he died I saw the emails you sent to him and it was DISGUSTING how you scammed him!!!!!!!
Samme bilde tilbys i dag for lisensiering hos bl.a. Alamy.
