Paul guided me through the whole process, explained any technical jargon to ensure I could make a qualified decision when selecting the right funder for the buyout. He went above and beyond what was expected of him, he was professional and provided support at every stage of getting the deal agreed. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I was fortunate to meet paul on a property course in february 2022. Since then paul has helped me purchase my first property through bridging finance, something id never done before but paul made it very understandable and helped with any questions i had along the way.. Paul is also helping with my BTL mortgage as an exit for the bridging loan. overall pauls service and help has been brilliant and im currently looking at further deals that paul is advising finances on and im looking forward to many more to come in the future.

My client wanted to re-finance their property debt as their existing bank were not being very co-operative, I asked Paul to get involved and he arranged a full switch of the client's banking facilities; re-mortgaged the properties; and negotiated a significant overdraft facility for good measure. One very happy client!
