Yellow sub trading is a scam! They do false advertising of enough stock and after you make payment, their website changes to “out of stock”! As if that’s not enough stress, their helpline is not anyway helpful, they don’t solve anything and have the guts to close the ticket. They are avoiding giving me my refund back and that shows how much of a total scam they are, their services are definitely not worth the stress, they treat people as if the products that are being bought are being bought with money from them!
While you get your delivery very promptly, refunds don't seem to happen at all. I have now been waiting for a refund since 28 November 2025 (that is when I received confirmation that they received my parcel). I have phoned 3 times and emailed 4 times. I get told every time that it was sent through to accounts. At least if I sold the clothes secondhand, I would have received some of my money back. Now they have my money AND the clothes😞 I will never order from the site again.
If I could give them a zero i would. Lodged a return on a dress 2 weeks ago and not only is it expensive!!! You also have to print papers which make NO SENSE and now they went silent. You can’t even contact them to find out what’s going on. We need to boycott
They do not even deserve that 1 star. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, first time they make sure they delivery, second round they take your money and do not delivery. I am waiting for my package since 24 August 2025, it indicated that it was picked up on the 26 August 2025. I emailed nothing until they responded after 2 weeks, telling me to pay shipping fee and that my package was found, its still at the shop. Shipping fee are apart of the checkout payment. Since then nothing. I will wait until I rot because they do not care. I am going to report them to scam companies. They taking peoples money without the product.
Don't waste your time or money with this company they are quick to reach out and tell u an item is out of stock yet it's still on their inventory list. You request a refund because you don't want a replacement, you tell the to refund & guess what? They bill you anyway. I used pay just now & their support team has been so efficient in communicating with me & telling me Yellowsubtrading is who needs to rectify my billing. I've been sending emails from Feb. It's now May & no responses from Yellowsub & no refund either. Currently searching for an Ombudsman that's how fed up I am. The worst service ever don't waste your time or money stick to your traditional stores who legit care about customer satisfaction.
I placed an order online at Yellow Sub, on the 24th of December, still have not received my order. Called the fast courier, I get an automated response that they are currently experiencing a large number of calls... I should rather contact them via Whatsapp, still not assisted on Whatsapp, instead I get automated messages...I can't even track my order. I'm not impressed with their service the delivery fee is also unreasonable. This is the second time I have placed a delivery order and the service is not getting better.
Ordered fancy shoes for a friend's daughter's matric dance, was delivered in 2 days and shoes gorgeous! Thank U YST for great service!!

Am so disappointed with yellow sub and I will never order from yellow sub anymore .. I ordered a jean and I got the opposite , first time it had no zip , second time the jean was faded , I just want my money back.
I am really disappointed the way that things turned out. There was no hustle when I placed an order & paid for it. The problem started when I tried to follow up on my order YST267985 on 12 August 2022, the phone rang unanswered, decided to call Fast Way Couriers to track my order after two failed attempts with YST, could not get help from the either. I spoke to Marshall & Fina (still waiting for a call back) to date. Finally got assisted by Nokuthula, who asked that I resent the email to: YST email address & confirmed receipt of email & contents.
it is so improper for a Company of this magnitude to have ONLY 1 telephone line where on has to be on hold for more than 20 minutes only to be informed to send an email to be assisted.
Delivery takes between 2-3 working days. Only problem is that they arent professional when it comes to handling refunds, they still havent gotten back to me about an inquiry concerning a refund.
