Best vape shop in Norwich, always good deals and offers on! Pepe and other staff are always welcoming and helpful.

I went into the vape shop today with a tank and juice that I had been sold incorrectly by another shop elsewhere and the gentlemen behind the counter serving was the friendliest most kind man I had ever met I explained to him what had happened and that I was a bit anxious and confused and he helped me with everything explained how to use my vape correctly how it works the lot he was knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease I will continue to use this shop purely because off this man I do hope that the owner sees this as he is lucky to have such a good kind manager working at that shop

Went into this shop yesterday.To buy CBD juice.Was nearly Hard Sold £30 bottle.That amount last me years but didn't put off the hard sell.So,I just bought a CBD disposable for £10.Only cost me £7-99 week before in mobile shop bottom London at/Back of the Innes.Told man in vape lounge who sold me.He said "His was Stronger.Went & checked.They Exactly the same.Item wasn't even rung into till & scanned in vape lounge either.Will Not Go Back Again.Think he charges whatever can get away with.Not online but in store scammer imo

Unfortunately I accompanied my friend to purchase a replacement vape and was greeted with the most rude and aggressive salesman I've ever encountered. The man that was at the counter clearly wanted an argument, despite me firstly not even being the customer, nor showing any opinion or bias to the shop to warrant the assumption of me challenging this lifestyle, which this man then claimed to work for the NHS and claimed that the NHS promotes vaping(?) This was extremely unprofessional, especially as I voiced no opinion to begin with, and ultimately left the shop by saying 'I am not having an argument with you' as I had no intentions of even engaging with this argumentative alleged salesman. I am left disappointed as afterwards we visited a vape shop nearby and the salesman was nothing but helpful and kind which was a huge contrast in comparison. I am hugely disappointed in this experience overall.

Great service, couldn’t recommend more. Better than other I’ve been to round the area. Very friendly and accommodating.

Figured out what wasn’t working with vape. New batteries and liquid.

Popped in as I'd managed to fry my coil, very helpful and pleasant service, highly recommended

A friend recommended this store to me and I'm glad he did! The owner took the time to talk me through every aspect of vaping, he was super informative on the health side of things and he was so enthusiastic about his business.

Quitting smoking is so daunting but Pepe made the whole thing straight forward. Not only was he a fountain of information on his products and the health benefits of vaping compared to smoking, but he also gave genuine encouragement and support to quit!

I was given a nice discount on my vape kit and I will definitely be making Ye Olde Vape Shoppe my go to place for advice, liquids and upgrades.
