I'm a very nervous first time buyer, unsure where to start, so I looked for a Company with great reviews.... Well worth the search, Sue Bruns has helped all hours of the day and night and guided me thru the process. Think at times Sue has done more than required to help me and achieve the ownership of my first home!

We've changed to Yes after previous broker was not able to get us an offer because of specifics of the property. Sue Burns, Emma Glass and Kathrin Sreetharan worked really hard with several lenders and managed to secure mortgage offer for us, while at the same time dealing with the contact with seller's agent to ensure that they don't withdraw from sales.

Initially, I dealt with Steve Wand who came across as helpful and seemed to understand what I wanted to acheive. He got me a mortgage exactly as I requested, with a major high street bank that I was happy with.
Moving forward, I had also spoken to Cheryl Booth who was most professional but friendly and both made me feel comfortable chatting about my personal financial affairs.
I would recommend this company as they do all the leg work for you.Yes they have a charge, which I did not consider unreasonable and I didn't have to bother to do anything myself. Good work guys.
