During this entire Covid crisis, I didn’t worry about the Business Class tickets that I had already purchased. Travis was amazing finding the correct route and tickets for us originally. When we had to cancel last spring, due to Covid 19, he kept us informed of our rights. He just re-booked our tickets to an excellent round trip for next year, hassle free.
