Cody is great, he was very helpful in addressing our needs for bulkhead seats for a long-haul flight with an infant. He searched various airlines and flight dates to find us the best deal possible, and was very pleasant and cheerful to work with.

Beware of this business! SCAM

I have used YesFares for a few years without any issues. However, in January 2020 I have purchased two rickets - returning trip from NY to Israel during April 2020. My trip was in business class and my husband's was economy, the total amount was around $3,300 with United Airlines. Since this was right before the pandemic hit, we couldn't fly anywhere - April '20 was the height of the pandemic crisis globally.
I was trying to get a refund for these flights, however, I was told that this falls into the category of 'force major', and no refund will be issued. I was promised by the agent at yesfares.com that they issued a credit, good for use for the next 2-3 years.
Cut to about a moth ago - April 2022, I'm asking the agency to book a flight to Greece with our credits for both me and my husband. The agent handling my request was very unresponsive, extremely hard to reach, and overall difficult to deal with. When he finally booked our trip, the itinerary specified a layover in Zurich, going back and forth, and another layover in Washington DC on the way back home. I agreed to this itinerary only because it was specified that both me and my husband would be sitting in United's Premium Plus, I figured the agent spent the total credited to us to have us both in Premium Plus. However when I called United to ask about other details of the trip, their rep told me that only I was in Premium Plus, and my husband was in Economy! He also told me that my ticket, purchased for $2,200+ originally, was used for a ticket worth only $1400! They asked me if the agency offered me some kind of a credit or refund - which obviously they did not. I called the agency and asked the agent to cancel our booking IMMEDIATELY (it was a couple of hours after he booked the trip), and this is when a very stressful back and forth started: the agent NEVER cancelled the booking, and didn't try to do ANYTHING to somehow fix this situation. I asked him to at least put both me and my husband in a direct flight to Greece - agin, no response. For a whole week I tried calling and emailing to no avail. Agent was simply ignoring me. After waiting for a week, I was worried that we won't be able to book our trip to Greece, and I called United. They managed to use my reduced-credit (now worth ONLY $1400) and put me on a direct flight after I paid them an extra $100. But unfortunately they couldn't do anything with my husband's ticket, originally purchased for $1200, since the agency paid for it in BULK and there was no way to determine the actual cost, which was probably a lot less than what we've paid. We had to purchase my husband a brand new ticket and spend additional $1400!
I've lost on this trip at least $2000, but the agony and stress of having to deal with this ordeal - I can't begin to put a $$ amount on it. To this day, I haven't heard anything from the agent and YesFares.com regarding aANY compensation or credit, but I did report them to the Better Business Bureau, and plas to exhaust all means, including Small Claims Court, to get what we rightfully deserve, from this faulty agency.
