CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had to make several attempts to find out the status of our wholesale order. I tried contact method on the wholesale website, and no one emailed me back. Chat is not operable. Then after I finally received status of the order it took several attempts to get a copy of the invoice.
The only two people that deserves 5 stars--Laura Mariscal and Jasmine Anzaldo. They were able to get what I needed after making several attempts. All of this took a little over 3 weeks to resolve.

Did not get what the picture displayed
I have ordered several pairs of Jeans and kept most of them, but in the last 2 orders, I didn't receive what I ordered. One pair, the picture shows a design on the back pockets and a lighter color, what I received has no design on the pockets and was much darker than the photo shown. The 2nd one, I ordered a light colored skinny jean in size 7/28 (same size that I have from an earlier order that fits me perfect) this order, the jeans were very baggy and too long. Not at all a skinny Jean. Now to return them, I lose the $10 shipping fee.
