Yocket helped in building a strong application and documents showcasing my strengths and achievements, which helped me in getting admission in NUS. They support you from the start to the end, from shortlisting universities, preparing all documents and the remaining process that follows. I had a really good experience working with Komal Parekh as my Yocket counselor. She helped me throughout the entire process of applying to universities in Germany, and made everything feel much easier to manage. From shortlisting universities to filling out all the application forms, she guided me step by step.

She also supported me with the APS process and explained all the visa steps clearly, which really reduced a lot of confusion and stress. Whenever I had doubts, she was always available and responded quickly.

I used yocket premium for my fall 2026 process. The platform is very useful in finding courses as they have a huge database of programs. I am thankful to my counsellor Jhansi Rani and editor Pragati Chauhan. The entire process was challenging and complex but with their help I was able to get through it. Features like application manager and documents hub make it way easier to manage your docs and keep tabs with the application stage.

I applied to only reach universities for Fall 2026 MS programs in cybersecurity and CS, no safety schools, and Yocket Premium helped me pull it off. My counsellor Chrysolite Vinodh built a sharp shortlist and kept the whole process on track across 10 applications with zero missed deadlines. But the real hero was my editor Monami Chatterjee, who sat with me through late night after late night reworking SOPs and essays until every single draft met my standard, not hers, not some template, mine. She never cut corners and she never pushed back when I wanted another round of edits, and that patience and attention to detail showed up in the results. I got into Carnegie Mellon's MSIS program with a fellowship, and I genuinely believe the quality of those essays made the difference. Worth it.

I used Yocket Premium this cycle and had a good experience overall. The team helped me shortlist a balanced mix of reach, target, and safe universities rather than just playing it safe. The application process to partner universities like ASU and Northeastern was also quite streamlined. The most helpful part for me was the SOP/LOR guidance; the feedback improved the structure and flow while still keeping it personal to my profile and work experience. Since I was working full-time, my counselor Shalvi Khandelwal’s regular follow-ups really helped avoid last-minute stress. It still requires your own effort, but the guidance and structure were definitely valuable.

Two of my counselors, Ankur & George, were very proactive and always helped me in completing the necessary tasks in a timely manner. They were very professional and took a good amount of time and effort, going the extra mile. In addition, Yocket covers the entire end-to-end process very well, from university shortlisting to essay preparation, visa process, financial documents, etc. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided.

The service and support is timely. All the counsellors were very supportive throughout my process. I have secured admission at TU Dresden for the Summer 2026 intake.

Since I had started my application process late, I was constantly racing against time while applying to German universities for the Summer 2026 intake. I was unaware of the lengthy timelines required to obtain the necessary documents such APS and VPD and all the difficulties that come along the way during the application process. Essentially I found the entire process to be hard. However, with the right and prompt guidance from the Yocket counsellors, I was able to complete everything on time and in right manner.

My primary councillor Sarah Naib mam was very supportive throughout the process. She introduced me to all the processes I was required to do and also the time it would take so I could prepare myself before hand. There were times where I was stuck at some issues which needed escalation to other councillors. She was very quick to do so and always made sure I found the right guidance from herself and other supporting councillors on time.

The support for my SOP, resume, and other written documents was also very quick and extremely helpful. My SOP councillor Kalash Thapa mam, despite me setting such short deadlines went through my writeups many times and made corrections till she was satisfied that I have made quality writeups. Sometimes she had to do multiple iterations in a single day as we were short on deadlines, but she did so in her busy schedule. Because of her support I was able to produce all my written documents to my own satisfaction and was able to include everything that I wanted to in the best possible manner.

Jemini Ganatara mam helped me shortlist the Universities and cleared my doubts on how to look for the right courses, difference between applied and research, public and private universities.

I am currently undergoing the Visa process. My visa Councillor Parveen Imran mam is assisting me to the best of her abilities, answering mails on time and scheduling meets whenever I need assistance on the same or next day itself.

The entire yocket team has worked seamlessly, collaborated well with me and with each other to provide a very satisfactory assistance throughout the process to the best of their abilities.

The Yocket app and website dashboard, however, are somewhat cluttered and not very easy to navigate. The UI could definitely be improved.

Despite the application process being a little difficult to carry out, and despite I starting late, I was able to manage everything well with the guidance of the counsellors. If I had done the German Universities applications on my own, it would have been possible to do so, but I would have taken a lot more time, with much more headache and might have missed on the intake. Yocket assistance helped me gain clarity on processes quick and take prompt actions, which was exactly the help I needed to make this happen. Overall, it was a great experience.

Jemini’s guidance during visa preparation and mock interviews gave me the confidence I needed. The mock sessions were extremely helpful in structuring my answers and handling tricky visa questions calmly.

Their timely responses, honest feedback, and encouragement made a stressful process much more manageable. I’m truly grateful for their support in helping me secure my admission and successfully navigate the visa process.

This is my review of my entire experience with Yocket so far, which has been extremely frustrating.

My experience began when I was pressured by a sales agent over the phone into paying a ₹5,000 "initial installment" to secure a purported offer. Crucially, the agent assured me that if I changed my mind, I could easily get a refund by contacting support. That promise was the only reason I made the payment.

The moment I decided not to move forward, I requested my ₹5,000 back, stating clearly that I had not received—or even registered for—any specific services. The company's response, however, has been a rigid and repetitive refusal, citing an internal non-refundable registration policy. They completely dismiss the fact that no work has been done on my behalf and they are now retaining my money for nothing. All they say is “No Refund” like that’s their only business. Business of SCAM.

Good support throughout my application journey.

My experience with Yocket Premium was extremely disappointing. I trusted their guidance for an important visa-related step, and it turned out to be a costly mistake. Due to incorrect and incomplete instructions, I lost my visa appointment and had to forfeit more than 50,000 in visa fees and other premium membership charges, along with additional stress and delays, which led to significant mental stress.

What stood out was not just the mistake, but how it was handled afterward. When I raised the issue, the responses felt defensive and repetitive, with no willingness to accept responsibility or acknowledge that the advice given was flawed.

A service that charges a premium should offer clarity, accuracy, and accountability — especially for something as sensitive as a visa process. Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite. I would advise others to think carefully before relying on Yocket Premium for critical decisions.

Emailing them at their support mail address is the most stupid thing and a time waste one can do. Did that and wasted my crucial time. So posting here, so that no one else has to go through what I went through :)
