Laurent has designed an excellent online yoga nidra training. I am inspired and learning more than I had expected to. I also love doing the yoga nidra recordings. I highly recommend this training

Since finding Laurent’s yoga class many years ago (after trying out others in London that were more like aerobic gym) I’ve not looked elsewhere. His practice fosters careful attention to every part of us, mind as well as body. Since I’ve moved away from London I now attend his classes online whenever I can - always grateful for that moment to reconnect.

I had a few private and group sessions with Laurent. It was always a fantastic experience. I was genuinely surprised at this attention to detail. He is able to spot even the smallest difference in how you perform the different Yoga poses. Highly recommended!

Laurent has really mastered the art of yoga, I love his style of teaching, he is a very knowledgeable yogi. I really enjoy his mindful yoga and yoga nidra session, it gives me time out to relax after a stressful week.

Attended my first yoga retreat on the Isle of Wight with Laurent and it was sublime, from the location and food to the group and even the weather! He has set the bar extremely high and I will return for more retreats with Laurent.

Laurent's classes are my favourite. There is always a theme that Laurent explains and helps you develop your practice. I find it really hard to meditate, but the yoga nidra classes are the perfect combination of movement and relaxation. I feel very connected to my body and relaxed.

Laurent’s Pranayama and Meditation classes have made my shielding at home positively enjoyable during the last 6 months .

His expertise is matched only by his infectious enthusiasm for breathing ...
