0 star if I could! Avoid at all costs!

我最近喺 Yoho 香港 買咗一件超過$2000 嘅產品,聲稱係「全新香港行貨」。但收到貨時,發現標籤明顯被撕過再貼,有多條摺痕,機身膠紙痕跡亦清楚顯示曾經被拆封 —— 絕對唔係一件全新產品應該有嘅情況。

我聯絡 Yoho 要求更換一件真正全新嘅貨品,20幾日後,佢哋叫我自己聯絡供應商,我回覆唔滿意,然後佢回覆話可以幫我聯絡供應商查詢解釋。但老實講,我唔係要求解釋,我只係要求 Yoho 對喺佢平台賣出嘅貨品負責,換返一件真正全新嘅貨畀我。

我作為顧客,唔應該要接受有問題嘅貨品,再自己去追供應商講數。平台應該保障消費者權益,而唔係推卸責任。

提醒大家:購買前記得考慮清楚,是否願意承受類似售後服務。

I recently purchased a product worth over $2,000 from YOHO Hong Kong, advertised as a brand new Hong Kong official product. But when it arrived, the packaging label had clearly been removed and reattached, there were multiple creases, and there were tape marks on the device indicating it had previously been unsealed — all signs that this was not a brand new item.

I contacted YOHO to request an exchange for a truly new product. After some time, they replied saying they could contact the supplier to ask for an explanation. But they completely missed the point — I’m not asking for an explanation, I’m asking YOHO to take responsibility and exchange the item they sold me on their platform.

As a customer, I should not be expected to accept a used item and then chase the supplier for answers. The platform should stand behind the products it sells and protect its customers — not push the responsibility elsewhere.

A word of caution to other consumers: if you expect to receive a truly new product and basic after-sales service, think twice before purchasing.

Absolutely terrible online "shop"

Absolutely terrible online "shop". Their physical retail outlets are fine. But, their online shopping, especially after-sales, is disgustingly bad. There's pretty much no way to contact them for any follow up on an order. They will never reply on WhatsApp or on their "live chat". There's no phone number to call. It's basically like a scam center - they take your money and then disappear without any delivery details (unless you've chosen to pick it up from one of their retail locations).

NOT recommeded at all, first I was buying 1 unit of my product, then they tell me that I need to buy at least 3. After that, several additional payments during the delivery, almost 400% in addition to the first payment. Insurances, VAT, Manifest. Couldnt affort that and never got my product.

Don't recommend at all

They'll answer quickly and help you out till you make the payment, then they'll ignore you. They act like scammers instead of a big retail shop. I actually thought I was scammed that I've cintacted the consumer protection authority in Hong Kong. Your order will take forever to be shipped, and I think they choose the cheapest and slowest methods.

I don't recommend them for international shopping at all. Even if they have the best deal, avoid them and have the peace of mind with someone more professional.

Delayed our order for months, unreachable customer service

Extremely unreliable service and questionable sales practice

We have paid for an appliance for weeks now, and they just told us there is no stock, and would require more than 6 weeks for a potential restock

The instant messaging has been ignoring us and there is no hotline to call

Appalling service standard. Seems to be more interested in tricking customers to pay and then delay product delivery indefinitely

They won’t deliver on the scheduled date and you will not able to reach them as they don’t leave any contact on the website or elsewhere
In fact they are like ghost and you won’t be able to find them if anything happen to your order
Very ridiculous
Will choose a more trustworthy shop next time!!!!

No Shipping Update After 2 weeks!

It's been 10 business days since I made my order and still in processing. They said that it needs 7-9 days to prepare the shipment, what a very slow time for a company to ship an order! Their customer service is hard to reached and unhelpful. Better you guys don't buy anything from them.

Got item I did not intend to order. It is possible there was a mistake from my side on the process given their user interface or mistake on their side. I cannot tell as they had zero interest to even try and resolve this, nor switch back. All you get is a laconic response no refunds or returns are allowed and then you are directed to speak to a bot.
Lousy experience over all, don't intend to purchase from them again nor can I recommend this to anyone
