Kory drove myself and 38 of my fifth grade students to and from the ferry station in Oakland to enjoy our field trip. Kory was a wonderful driver to have. He was professional and friendly. The buses were early which was wonderful. They were clean, and safe. Our drivers did an excellent job giving the safety emergency talk and getting us to our location on time and safely. I am very pleased with the excellent service Pronto provided for our field trip. Thank you!

Everything was great! The communication before the event instilled confidence that our booking was on track. We felt no need to reach out for confirmations because we received regular communication from Pronto. Our friendly professional driver arrived on time and communicated via text that he was ready and waiting for our return pickup. We'll book again with YoPronto!

Clean, comfortable as can be expected. Still dont show videos, they are so old and outdated, it doesn’t matter. Show actual games, early 10 am games for 1:00 kickoff, etc. work with riders to obtain more riders. Ride home always seems too cold. Temp is same both ways, no sun on way home. Last week driver was outstanding in typhoon conditions, very large 33% tip was worth it! Taking first step to ask how to improve is step 1, now listen to riders and increase rider volume by working with them to help.

Drivers who have not driven to the Stadium is well served by taking the route as described by one of the Rancho Cordova pick ups.
The last game day driver did take that advice and we got to the game and home smoothly!
