We want to be fully transparent: Yoracare is a Korean brand, and our formula is developed using Korean ingredients and Korean haircare expertise. However, our orders are shipped from China, as this allows us to fulfill deliveries efficiently to customers worldwide. We understand this distinction matters, and we recognize we could do a better job making this clear upfront.

We want to clarify a few things: Yoracare does not sell on Amazon. Any listings you may find there are unauthorized third-party sellers using our brand name we have no affiliation with them whatsoever, and we cannot vouch for the products they ship.

Our official packaging is exclusively branded Yoracare, so if you received something different, it sounds like something may have gone wrong with your order and that's something we take very seriously.
