This is scam website! buyers be cautious!! They will take your money and NEVER send you anything! I have called this company many times to the number provided only to be answered by a “third” party that has ZERO ANSWERS to your questions in regards to my order status. I was told many times that some one would reach out to me with an order status and never happened. The website states its located in Sacramento ca. but I was told different on the phone every time i called. The last time being told its in San Jose Ca. I’M WARNING YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are scammers and are scamming people of their money!

My experience was not so good! I ordered one Tag Heuer watch Oct 13th. I received 2 watches, both with the same serial number. The first package was received 11/17/23. When I checked the serial number against the Tag data base, everything matched up. Then on 11/26/23 I received a second package with an identical watch and serial number. How can this be if these are authentic watches? I investigated the boxes further, and after I removed a sticker, I found “made in China”.

When I reached out asking questions and wanting a return, I was told “no return”. I was accused of making the fake watches. I was told “The serial and warranty cards match the Tag database and we've had the movement checked”. After 6 more email exchange where I provided pictures of both watches, pictures of both packages, I was still told no return. Once I place a review on his website detailing this, they agreed to take it back. I did get a refund, but my time was wasted, and there was NO apology for that or for the inconvenience of this whole ordeal.

The former Big 4 auditor in me, believes there no such thing as isolated incidents. Whether he know he was selling a fake watch, I’m not sure. But I was sent 2 identical watches with the same serial number markings. Be very cautious buying from him or one of his companies.

I have not yet received my order. It was ordered on Aug 18th,2023 and today is Sep10,23. They will take down the complaint at Customer Service and then no calls or actions from anyone. Very bad customer service. You are on your own after ordering anything from this site. I am going to dispute my charges with my credit card company.

Was fearing item lost or would not get and had to contact a few times but eventually received

Ordered on May 26th, had a shipment sent to Florida, I live in Pennsylvania. After talking to a couple people, they said they would make it right. Started a new (bogus) shipping label about a week later. Still haven't received item that has already been paid, and the tracking info still doesn't have a delivery date because the item hasn't been shipped. Now I'm waiting for a refund from PayPal because they haven't finished their investigation. Don't order from this site.

If you have five plus weeks to receive your order then this may be the place for you. I was provided erroneous info on shipping dates and status and I had to constantly contact their customer service. I will not do business with them again.

Seth’s customer service has been fantastic throughout this transaction. There was abit of a hold up with the shipping but he managed to sort it out. He’s answered the many emails I sent and has even gone out of his way to replace my watch strap that was slightly damaged. The watch I purchased was a limited edition new old stock it came brand new fully stickered. I would 110% recommend you arrived.

Good place to buy a watch, it takes them a few days to ship the watch but it is definitely worth it. Seth answers the customers emails in time and fashion.
I was able to get a hard to find watch.

We are very pleased with the watch. We were disappointed in the time it took for delivery (one month). This was a gift and it didn't arrive in time. That said, we will purchase again.

I bought a MING watch which arrived looking brand new and unworn. The website might give you some pause but the company is legit and very responsive. My watch shipped from Australia very quickly via FedEX all the way to the east coast US. They seem to have offices in So Cal and AU (and maybe more?). I would definitely buy from them again. I ordered a Tag watch early in August and was looking forward to checking out this company.
After a while there was a complication with the shipping on their end.
I was disappointed and I let Seth (customer service liaison) know how I felt.
He didn't just make a mental know of it and tell me tough- he went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience.
Since this was my first purchase- I didn't know what to expect from this company.
I will say that I am very pleased with my dealings here and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
It's nice to know there is still good customer service out there.
