I am, self admittedly, easily influenced! YouFromMe has been a money saver for me, big time! Being able to try products that I see online for less money is such a creative way to be a mindful consumer. I’m also able to order a lot of my tried and true beauty products at a discount. everything is always packaged safely and all the items are clean and seem like new! Youfromme is amazing

Youfromme is amazing! I have gotten so many great products at a discounted price. When I haven’t liked a product, I always resell it or donate it because what may not work for me will work for someone else. I also love that I can donate items that are close to expiration or are lower price points. The recycling option is also amazing. I keep all my empties in a bag and send them in when my bag is full. Love that I am reducing my footprint through all the different options that youfromme offers. Forever a fan!

I hate seeing bad reviews on this…

I hate seeing bad reviews on this company because I’ve had nothing but a positive experience!!! I’ve both sold and bought products from YouFromMe and the experience from printing the prepaid shipping label to getting paid out for my product selling was smooth. I purchased a brand new setting powder and saved 35% off what I’d usually spend at Sephora. Can’t recommend this company enough!

SCAM!!!!

DON’ T Send them anything. Such a joke! I sent them a bunch of brand new stuff and they said some was used. They were unopened and sealed. I got a total of $14 back from them and it took months to get. I am super disappointed and want everyone to know this is a SCAM!!!!!

Every product that comes through YouFromMe goes through a detailed quality control process where we assess condition (including seals, fill level, packaging integrity, and authenticity standards). In some cases, items that appear unopened may not meet our resale criteria due to factors like broken seals, prior exposure, or packaging inconsistencies, which can result in them being categorized differently or not eligible for resale.
As for payouts, they are based on the final sale price and our commission structure, and timing can vary depending on processing volume. That said, months-long delays and this level of dissatisfaction are not the experience we aim to provide.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I sent them over $3000 worth of brand new make up. They kept telling me they received it and were going through it ,then they tell me they didn’t get it ,then they tell me all my makeup was used ! NONE of that was true. It was all brand new. They did nothing to try and make it right! BE WARNED Don’t trust them.
I LOST A HUGE AMOUNT OF MAKEUP AND THE MONEY I THOUGHT I WOULD RECEIVE !

Thank you for your message, I completely understand how upsetting this situation feels, and I want to be transparent about what happened on our end.

After receiving your items, our QC team inspected everything according to the same standards we apply to all sellers. Unfortunately, none of the products you sent met our resale requirements. Many of the items you submitted are brands and product lines that are not eligible for resale on YouFromMe, as they are only found on third-party marketplaces such as eBay and are not sold through authorized retail channels. Because of this, we are legally unable to list them on our website.

For the safety of our customers and to remain compliant with FDA and resale regulations, we cannot resell items that fall into this category, even if they appear new.

We did not, at any point, say your items were “used”; rather, they were ineligible for resale based on brand and sourcing restrictions. We also did receive your package, logged it, and followed our standard QC process.

I’m truly sorry this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we always have to prioritize customer safety, legal compliance, and marketplace integrity.

Company needs to improve process

After my experience, I will not use this company anytime soon to sell/list products after trying them out. Shipping to company was free and email communication with Chelsea Rowan were 2 good things. I'm an Esthetician with many products, and most of the products I thought that would be posted to sell went to donation or recycled. A thorough explanation isn't given with what they have decided to do with the products, just a general statement of whether it's live to sell, donated, or recycled with Pact Collective. The parameters seem clear on the website, but the actual action taken, I feel, still needs to have permission, especially when we hope that all items will be posted to resell, but end up being donated or recycled. In my case, I had quite a bit of products new and unopened, but they went to donation. It took them 8 weeks to post my products, which used time for products that were going to expire within 6 months. I hope they can refine their process and have more staff to get things going. I would say a reasonable timeframe would be to post within 2 weeks of receiving the shipment. At the end of the day, I hope the products have a positive affect, whether they were sold or donated.

While our team follows strict resale and donation parameters (based on condition, category, and resale value thresholds), I completely understand your frustration if products you believed qualified for resale were donated instead. Transparency is something we’re actively improving, including more detailed batch-level updates and visual QC summaries, so sellers can see exactly what happened with each item and why.
We’re also in the process of scaling our team and systems to reduce turnaround time. Your note about a 2-week posting window is great feedback, and I agree it’s a goal we’re working toward.

You from me gets 5✨ This site and the staff are ‘A Beauty Concierge's perfect assistant! I am always looking for the best products all of which aren’t always the right shade or formula for me and my favorite brands change up! They are great to buy from with great selections, especially without excess waste of unused products to the environment! As a seller I too busy to run my own resale and shipping business they always have impressed me with all the successful listings donations and recycling of items as a seller! 🙌100% recommend them!! They are a great company!

Great Idea (and Great Deals)!

I've now placed three orders over the past few months and have had great experiences every time. You can save a lot on some very high-end products. I haven't sold anything but as a buyer, I highly recommend.

Zero stars

Zero stars. My order of nearly $60 worth of makeup on 4/23 never shipped: no shipping label created, no tracking number, order never received. Multiple emails sent requesting information were met with reply by Chelsea Rowan of “I will check into this and get back to you!” They never got back to me. Request for refund ignored. Total scam business. BBB has similar complaints about this “business”. Buyer beware.

Beware of this Seller!

This is what I sent to the seller: I finally received this item on April 25 after 3 weeks, although you took my money immediately when I ordered it on April 4. You didn't ship it until April 23. You took a week to respond to my inquiry about this delay and only seemed to respond after I escalated this to PayPal. This is the worst shopping experience I have encountered with a PayPal vendor and will make my dissatisfaction known to both PayPal and the internet community. You should be removed as a Paypal vendor and all shoppers beware.

Worst experience I have ever had on SHOP. The owner has refused to refund my money. I've called. Emailed. Sent IG message. Nothing. So yourself a favor and do not order from this site. IT IS A SCAM!!!!! You will be scammed. The owner will take your money!!!!

I don’t know what it’s like to be a buyer on the website but I had a horrific experience as a seller.

They said your products should be listed 10 business days after they are received, mine took 30+ days and that was with weekly emails to the website who promise my products were to be expedited.

30 days later and nothing has sold so I asked to pay the fee to get my items back and they asked to keep them on because of the holidays. It was odd that the next day the lowest priced item of mine sold and the next 20-30 days nothing else sold.

I ask again and within 24 hours I paid the $15 on November 25th. No communication until I reached out December 2nd and the next day said it would be shipped that week. I go 12 days and an email without a response so on the 15th I made it very clear that I was going to need some form of update as these are my items that I paid to be shipped back to me.

Finally got a response that they are moving warehouses during the peak time of the shopping season and confirmed my address. It’s been shipped but still waiting.

I’m sure people have had a better experience than me but this is the experience they gave this seller.

If you send them goods, expect silence and no money

I sent in a box of new full size beauty 3 months ago. Silence. I followed up. They wrote me that my box was up to be added to listings that week. Nothing happened. 2 weeks later I sent another email. I was asked again who I was and to provide detail, I was then told my box of goods would be prioritized for listing. Another 2 weeks went by, silence. So if you wish to send your full size beauty goods and never see them again while receiving no money for them, this is the site for you.
UPDATE FEB 2025
I never received a cent from these people. They took my full size Nars, Kevyn Aucoin, Ouai, Estee Lauder, Elemis etc items and claimed they were all "samples" and donated all but two. I never received information on what 2 were left behind but never heard from them again. The Elemis was a full size serum, the Nars items were brand new Dragon lip pencil, Ouai was full size shampoo etc. So this site is a complete scam. Do not send them things.
UPDATE 2 - PER THE REPLY BELOW. I sent them an email 5 days ago. No reply. I guess they reply to look like they're active, but you'll notice I wrote my review more than a year ago and then I followed up for a number of months and still NOTHING. DON'T SEND THEM GOODS.
