Thanks for the second review! The graphics take a lot of work, so it's great to hear they're making the material easier to hold onto.
The NCIDQ has a few topics that are not shown maybe they could add that to the YouTube Channel. Some topics could be like color theory, materials, and criteria matrix.

Thank you! The study notes are meant to give you something to hold onto after the episode ends. Glad they're coming in handy. Good luck with your exams.
I like the broadcast. I don't feel the quiz Level 3.has the real exam quality.

Thanks for the feedback, Zoli. Quick clarification: the Architect Exam Podcast quizzes are ten-question comprehension checks at the end of each episode. The leveled practice questions, including Level 3, are a separate feature inside our ARE 101 courses.
Those practice questions are designed to teach concept application rather than replicate NCARB's question style. That's a deliberate choice. Understanding the concept thoroughly is what carries you through the real exam, whatever form the question takes.
Glad the podcast itself is working for you. Keep at it, you're clearly putting in the hours.

Thanks for the second review! The show notes are meant to give you something to come back to when you have a minute to actually sit down. Glad they're helping.
This podcast is fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone studying for the ARE. Listening during busy days gave me a great high-level overview of the material. I’ve even recommended it to coworkers at my firm! It’s a great resource to share with clients who want to understand the 'why' behind design decisions—like why ADA bathroom standards are necessary and not a waste of space. I’d love to see a future episode covering 'Evaluating the architect’s role during construction activities'!

Honestly I could not for the life of me remember the difference between an anode & cathode. Nor could I remember where items fell on the chart & if they would be corrosive or not. I especially love the hand drawings explaining these concepts visually.

The galvanic series is one of those topics that just won't stick without a visual. Anode, cathode, which metal eats which, it all blurs together until you can actually see it laid out.
Glad the hand drawings did the trick. That's exactly what they're for.
Lot of questions, and explanations of each choices wrong and write choices.

Thanks for the second review, Diana! Understanding why the wrong answers are wrong is just as important as knowing the right one. Glad the explanations are helping.
As someone working in design, I really appreciate how authentic and encouraging this podcast is. The hosts share their experiences openly, including the struggles and successes, which makes the content feel very relatable. Every episode gives me something to think about and helps me stay motivated in my studying. Definitely worth a listen if you're working toward ARE completion!

Andolina, thanks for another review. We share the struggles because pretending this process is easy would do nobody any favors. Everyone hits rough patches. Hearing that someone else went through it and came out the other side is what keeps people going.
Glad the Architect Exam Podcast is helping you stay motivated. Keep it up.

Sadia, thanks for the second review and for spreading the word. That kind of recommendation means everything to us.
I’ve been using the Architect Exam Podcast and the free two-page study notes while preparing for the ARE, and they’ve become one of my favorite review resources. The explanations are clear and break down complicated topics into much easier concepts. I especially love the two-pagers that include diagrams, colorful drawings, comparisons, and exam tips because they make the information easier to remember. They also seem very open to hearing what topics candidates would like covered next. I’ve used several ARE study resources, and I think the podcast and study sheets are an excellent free supplement for reviewing important concepts quickly. I’ve included some of my favorite sketches and diagrams—they make the concepts much easier to understand and remember.

Cristina, thank you for such a detailed review and for sharing those graphics. We put a lot of work into the diagrams and study notes, so seeing someone highlight them like this means a lot.
You're right, we're always open to hearing what topics candidates want covered next. That feedback shapes what we build. Glad the Architect Exam Podcast and the two-pagers have become go-to resources for you. Thanks for spreading the word.
