The skies parted!
Let me tell you, I was incredibly stressed that Amazon was holding my funds for over 30 days passed my account being reinstated. No matter who I reached out to at Amazon on many occasions, I wasn't getting anywhere with them. Then I was referred to Lamont and his team, and the skies parted! They were able to access information about my account that I wouldn't have discovered on my own and they wrote a well-thought out POA that addressed every issue. They were quick with turn around and Lamont was patient and informative as he answered the many questions I had. My account review was completed by Amazon in less than 24 hours of my submitting my POA. Next time I won't wait to seek assistance and I'll certainly be turning to Lamont and his team!

This company is the absolute best!!!
This company is the absolute best!!!! Younglanes got BOTH my account and my parents account reinstated! I got suspended due to inauthentic complaints and then my parents got theirs suspended soon after, just because they are related to me! I felt so horrible.. after many attempts at appealing Amazon by myself, I had about given up completely. Then I happen to stumble across younglanes on fb and figured I had nothing to lose. I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical and didn't think they would be able to help us. But they proved me very wrong! I got reinstated fairly quickly, and then my parents got reinstated a few days after me. I am SO incredibly thankful for Younglanes!
