I was very happy with the overall process from looking for BPI & learning the whole process. I was kept informed through the booking, reading the conditions and exceptions. The contractor arrived on time and provided a thorough review and inspection of the apartment I was buying. I attended the inspection to hear the verbal summation from the inspector. This was very helpful as this was my first BPI and wasn't sure if I could interpret the final report.

Overall, I was very happy with the service.

The inspections was completed on time as scheduled. The property was newly renovated, however it is a 50 year old property. The building inspector found compliance issues with work from from fifty years ago, and found nit picking issues that are costly and impractical to repair for little to no improvement in the building quality or property value.

Extremely fast response to our request, organising inspection and issuing a written report, all within 3 days.

My wife contacted this business and discussed the issue with the tenants and the QCAT order to vacate the property. This business has agreed to do the property inspection work with the real estate agent. The staff member who performed the inspection was unprofessional and unethical. He provided the aggressive tenant with the realestate agent's contact details after he chased the realestate agent away. The owner has refunded the money and left us with the mess and our day wasted.
