Awful, unhelpful customer service.

I have no idea where these good reviews are coming from.
Having terrible issues with poor customer service. Leggings supplied with incorrect logo and incorrect logo size. Placed at back of leg instead of at the side. So small you cant read the name !. The actual sizing is awful - age 12 - 13 is too small to fit a slim age 11. No help at all after many phone calls, photographs and emails. £28 for leggings that don't fit and incorrect logo size and placement. So upsetting !

I had special requests for illustrations over a number of different garments from tshirts to hoodies and hats and i was given guidance and help on every level . It was excellent service for a custom order and so very friendly also . many thanks
