Total scam company. Paid for order only received half of order 2 weeks later. Emailed to complain and they took 10 days to reply and basically said there was nothing they could do and would not send out missing part of order as I hadn't reported this within 10 days of order. (I didn't receive it two weeks. Please please don't waste your money. Spread the word . I hate a scam company that get away with takings people's money

I placed my order on 31st March 2025. I received an email on 9th April informing me it had been delivered. It had not, at least, not to me. It was delivered to the wrong street. Attempted to contact the company through their "contact us" section and got a message telling me I was "not authorised to use this theme" whatever that means. The item eventually made its way to my house and I have to agree with other reviews, the instructions are rubbish and the patch, which requires moving every 2 hours, only sticks once then other means are required to keep it in place. Another issue is that there is a 30 day money back guarantee but it takes 10 days to receive the item which only leaves 20 days to find out if the product works and make a claim if it doesn't.

I recently placed an order was told I'd get a msg for me to track n trace never got it they to money out my account tried ringing them several times and got nothing I want my money back

I have been ignored by this company/website since 20th March 2025. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund, only 20 minutes after purchasing an item, making a mistake in purchasing. This gave the company enough time to not dispatch, organise delivery and send the product to me. A simple cancel order and refund was needed. But no, they still sent the product 2 weeks later to get their money. Their phone number is robotic, fake and a waste of time. They do not reply to any emails and they are absolute thieves.

No instructions given and all very vague..Won't be buying again

I ordered two packets and have nearly used one pack, I have not lost 1lb, I am very dissapointed with this result, I may just as well thrown my money away, which as a pensioner, I cannot afford to do, I will carry on with the other packet and revue again when finished.

Absolutely disgusted with this company, on placing order money didn’t take to long leaving my bank account, however when realised they took no email address of me, I contacted but as per everyone else’s experience no answer on phones, no return email, radio silence from them. I will be reporting this company disgusting behaviour taking peoples hard earned money and not producing the product.

I have waited weeks for my patches and in the meantime I have been diagnosed with a serious illness and need to send them back unopened and obviously unused but can't seem to get any information as to how

Says 100percent natural ingredients but what??
Haven't tried yet as not sure what I have to do going to see if I can find out n Google.

I placed my order on 7.3.25 for 8 weeks supply and so far have not received or heard anything about my order. However, I noticed they were quick to take my money out of my bank account. I tried ringing the number given and it's saying that 'user you are trying to reach is not available'. It's looking like a scam. Do your research thoroughly before ordering. It's does not even
worth a one star rating, but had to press something to get to write this review.

Just received my daily patches please could you tell me how many hours a day I should keep it on bit confused.

Don't bother with this company I have sent emails with regerd to my order no one has replyed
Yes I did receive, my part order, as lots of people have said NO CLEAR INSTRUTIONS + you were quick to take my money but have only sent me 1 box instead of 2 1 very unhappy customer and I think these won't work dont waste your money !!

Can't really do a review yet has i have not received them. But i have been sent an email on the usage instructions which are very easy to follow. Will do another review when i've tried them 🤞

Assuming this company is a scam. Made my order, was asked if wanted to add more for lesser price, clicked to see the details but it added another box to my already made order and charged me for them (at a higher price, not cheaper!). I Emailed immediately to say I didn’t want the extra box and received a reply to say would contact despatch team but since then no reply, no order confirmation email, no answer to the phone lines which are obviously not manned but purely a recorded message making you think you are holding but they never answer, just keeps sending you back to options. Money was taken immediately. DO NOT USE.

I received mine yesturday after a few weeks waiting I find they don't stick I used 4 In a few hours stay clear as they can't work if they won't stay on stay clear folks it's a SCAM

No clear information to how long the patch can stay on for can't call it a daily patch if u have to replace it after 2 hrs no information or anywhere to read up very very poor.
