We switched to YourEcommerceAccountant a few years ago as our old accountant was retiring, and he'd struggled at times with our business where everything is done online, and both directors live outside the UK. Ben was happy for us to continue to use SageOnline (other accountants we spoke to wanted us to switch to their preferred accounts software) and has expertise in exactly our type of business.

Walked me through the process of sorting out an issue with HMRC with step-by-step instructions which i'm relieved to say led to a successful resolution.

They are not helpful, don't believe what they say and the other reviews, stay away from this lacklustre company, got main staff like B (Sztka) who needs better communication skills and need better equitable skills for us customers to save money.
