Ordered Silavent extract fans sent Domus,when I called said it was the same firm asked why advertise as Silavent then,could not explain if known they were cheaper on E-Bay

Sorry you were disappointed in our service. Domus recently changed the branding on all their products. Some of their fans come branded as Domus and others as Silavent whilst the changeover is happening.
The fan is identical in every way apart from a different sticker on the front.
You were invited to return the item for a full refund, but you decided to keep it.

Rang them up for a stock check
Rang them up for a stock check, they thought they had one so went off to look. I assumed he physically checked as he returned to the phone to say they had two. It was delivered to St. Andrews in 24 hours. Excellent service, highly recommended!
