I tried to buy a fanny pack on the website twice at the same week and they proceeded the purchase and canceled a few days later because they were saying the produtor was not available or the price they announced was not real. For me this is beyond not respectful with the clients. It was a terrible experience with the brand

I never received my order and the email was returned cannot be delivered so I don’t know exactly how to communicate with this company. I feel scammed.

Unfortunately I cannot give any other rating. I placed my order and after a week I received an email saying "Your order has been canceled". I answered the address to which you should email if you had questions. Asked why it was canceled? After that I have not heard anything.

I got a pair of ski pants which had not been worn until this year. First time I've worn this Feb and the zipper is broken. This company would not fix or refund it. It is a hidden zipper
Tailor can't simply replace the zipper.Paid $600 very disappointed with their customer service and product.

I am writing to express my frustration with the recent experience I have had with company Perfect Moment.
I placed two orders with the expectation that they would be delivered by express shiping within 2-3 days as stated on their website.
However, it has now been over 3 days, and I have not received any tracking number. I am extremely dissatisfied. Kristina

Unfortunately I didn't receive the correct item ordered and have been left without any response when I contacted the Your Perfect Moment team about it. Very disappointed.

The parfume was spoiled

I have 2 ski pants, both ribbed after washing just one time….
Sent an email to the customer service, and now 10% off next product.
I do not want a new product but replacement of my bad quality ver expensive ski pants.
Bad service and quality. Don’t buy this!!!

Leider habe ich das falsche Produkt erhalten. Auf meine Mail wurde mir allerdings problemlos eine Rückerstattung des Geldes oder die Sendung des richtigen Produkts angeboten.

I still don't know where my order is, or what will happen with it. Very bad customer service, it takes very long to reply and they don't answer on the phone nor on whatsapp. Very difficult to reach them.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me the wrong product. Despite them receiving the product back, they still didn't give me my money back. Their customer service is non-existent; they don't answer their phones or respond to emails. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that scams its customers, ignores them completely, and fails to fulfill their refund obligations. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this dishonest business. Save your time, money, and sanity, and shop elsewhere.

Ik hou van hun aandacht voor detail. Ze hebben hele mooie en stoere items in hun winkel. Ik zou zeggen dat dit een winkel is voor het meisje dat echt een statement wil maken als ze haar tas tevoorschijn haalt. Dit is geen doorsnee winkel voor lederwaren, accessoires of sextoys. Als je iets vindt dat je leuk vindt in deze winkel, zul je het geweldig vinden!
