Never got my package

Never got my package. Customer service totally useless even tho I had bought insurance. When I went to go check my order to find where to contact package insurance, it was no where to be found and I know I bought it because I had seen other negative reviews so I decided to be safe. Clearly something shady with their website. SCAM SITE.

Horrible service

Horrible service. I NEVER got the product i purchased and they don't have a phone number. When i finally was able to communicate with a chat person they told me that there was NOTHING they could do. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I understand how frustrating this situation feels, and I’m truly sorry for the stress it’s caused. According to USPS tracking, the package was marked as delivered, as reflected on the USPS website.

While I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, we do offer optional signature confirmation and shipping insurance at checkout to provide added peace of mind. I completely understand that not every customer chooses these options, but they are available for situations like this.

We also shared that USPS is able to pinpoint delivery locations within approximately three feet using GPS, and we recommended reaching out to them directly to request further assistance and to file a lost package claim. They will be the best resource to investigate what may have happened after delivery.

Our shipping policies are clearly outlined at checkout and at the bottom of every page on our website so customers can review all details before completing their purchase. Please let me know if you need help locating that information or if there’s anything else I can clarify for you.- Inga

If you’re looking for medical grade skin care, look no further!!

I’ve shopped with them a few times, mostly because they ship faster than the other sites selling medical grade skincare! But this last purchase (Black Friday) won me over for good. I needed to stock up on some of my products and I received soooo many freebies it was insane. I even wrote them thinking I got the wrong order at first! But nopeee- it was all meant for me (and now my family for stocking stuffers) I live across the country and got my order so quick!! Please don’t lose that customer service, I’ll be back for more lol

Ive ordered twice from this website for my girlfriend and both times it went great. The website is easy to navigate and there were so many gifts with purchase I was shocked. Not to mention it got shipped out so fast!

Quick shipper. Great sales and incredible gift with purchase deals, I had one interaction with staff and she was very nice and helped me find the product I was looking for. I will shop more for sure.

Great customer service and team. Placed several orders so far and when I had questions about a product usage I was helped by a very nice person. This business also has great specials, and gifts, and is verified authorized vendor.
