The agent continued the conversation even though I told my blood sugar was crashing. He moved me from a PPO to an HMO which was NOT in my best interest! I am going to report them to Medicare.gov. I have been harasses everyday with 25 phone calls or more from a group with an autodialer that says they are from the Senior institute or something along those lines. They dial from from phone numbers that can't be dialed.
