Great product for active teens!
Being a parent of a competetive swimmer who also plays football it was really important for us to find a product that not only helped to maintain his energy levels but also provided him with the nutients and vitamins that he needs. Being a bit of a fussy eater this wasn't always easy to do but he really enjoys YSN milkshakes and has been drinking them after every training session. I love the fact that they are low in sugar and have iron included. This is an added bonus for us with him having low iron levels. I would highly recommend!

I have a son who is a competitive…
I have a son who is a competitive swimmer. He is growing skinny for his age and the reason I turn to Nutri-teen was helping him build strength and stamina also to help him gain all vitamins that he misses on from food.
He is taking it already more than a month and I can see huge improvement of his energy levels and also he is showing some muscles 💪🏻☺️
It is a great and tasty he loves it with milk.

Amazing progress for our young runner athlete !
My daughter who is a young runner has been using the products for a year now and it has filled the gaps in her nutrition perfectly giving her a lot more energy. We’ve seen an incredible progress in her performance since. It’s given us a peace of mind she’s getting everything she needs for her growing body especially with her busy athletics schedule .

Elite Junior Golfer using YSN products
As a parent of a junior athlete you want to make sure that your child is getting all the nutrients and vitamins they need. We were looking for a product that would help maintain energy levels and support growth and we’re really impressed with all the great feedback the YSN products received. This is the 1st time of buying this…
This is the 1st time of buying this product ..I bought the starter bundle for my 14 year old son who plays academy football .
He can be a picky eater ,and I sometimes worry he isn't getting the essential vitamins and nutrients that he needs for his body ..he burns off way more calories than he's putting in ...so to have these shakes and protein bars are a massive bonus for my son to refuel ..he had the chocolate flavour 😋

One challenge we faced was making sure…
One challenge we faced was making sure Sophie got enough protein, especially late in the evening when she needed to recover quickly before heading to bed.
Nutri-Teen as the ideal option to provide Sophie with the protein and nutrients she needs after training. Importantly, any supplements taken by WAKO athletes must comply with WADA regulations, and Nutri-Teen gives us confidence on that front.
Her favourite flavour is Vanilla Ice Cream.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product, really helps my son. Gave 4 stars as delivery is sometimes slow. I ordered my last lot on 26th August it’s now 6th September and still no delivery. Even though I have chased it up. I will still use the shakes in the future though as it is great for my son before early morning swimming. He loves the taste of the chocolate shake.

Nutri-teen multivitamin gummies and shakes have firmly become a daily routine
My son is a 13 year old national competitive swimmer and he has been using the YSN Nutri-teen shakes and multivitamin gummies for a while now. It's become part of the daily routine to ensure Milton has no nutrient gaps in his diet, and also to help with his post training recovery. We've tried all the 3 shake flavours and all taste superb. The front runner is the chocolate which Milton will happily take straight after training either with water or milk. I'd totally recommend any young athlete who trains hard throughout the week to give these products a try ;-)

The shakes have been a game changer for…
The shakes have been a game changer for us. We have to travel lots for training 7/8X a week on top of a busy work load/siblings etc and these extremely tasty quick shakes have helped immensely. The fact they are batch tested is perfect finish for us.
The new fizz drinks have been a hit also!!

Absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommend.
My 11 year old and 9 year old which both boys are at Cambridge United and MK Dons respectively and I can’t praise what Youth Sport Nutrition has done for them with recovery and helping there long term goals.
My 11 year old is a smaller frame and struggles to put on weight and this has been the perfect supplement for him to help improve whilst within an academy and gained 4 pounds in weight.
My 9 year old at MK Dons uses this after every session and match fixture and again has been tremendous for his recovery.
I can’t thank Youth Sports Enough and would highly recommend these shakes to anyone sport active child.

My daughter really loves the products…
My daughter really loves the products from YSN and I love that she’s getting all the essential vitamins, minerals and protein in one shake to aid with her recovery after her swimming training. The snack bars are also yummy which are great to eat in between races. It’s great that subscriptions are offered as I don’t have to worry each time to order, it just automatically gets sent to me. Delivery is super quick too

Great for picky eaters!
My son loves these - has a shake for breakfast every morning! He is a very picky eater, so this helps get more protein in him as he is very active in a variety of sports!
