YSL Beauty Avis 

It seems they are another bunch of scammers. There was an offer on discounted parfume, so I decided to buy one for my wife. I paid via PayPal. Everything seemed going smoothly, but then after some while I realized that I still haven't received my order. I checked my online account and noticed that the price of parfume I purchased was significantly increased. I contacted them to get some update. And then they started to blame me, like my bank card is issued by foreign bank (which is utter rubbish), I have 'wrong' PayPal account, wrong address, my nose is wrongly shaped. They categorically refused to cancel the PayPal transaction, still blaming me and making me to sort the mess they have made. Great experience! I would never ever deal with them again. Bunch of liars and cheaters! If I could I would rate them with minus 5 stars.

I attempted to order perfume for my mum several times using two different discount codes from YSL. Unfortunately, neither code worked resulting in 'unknown' error messages.
I contacted Margret at YSL Beauty UK Customer Services who told me to place my order without a code & contact them as soon as I had done this so they could then provide me with the discount from their end.
Unfortunately, I never received the discount & despite several attempts to contact Customer Services I get no reply,
A very poor, unprofessional & deceitful organisation.

Very disappointing experience in YSL Harvey Nichosl.
I am a lover of make up I was very excited to go to Harvey Nichols and enjoy the amazing selection of high-quality makeup brands.
My disappointment starts in the disgusting condition of the tester in Ysl, lipstick with fluff and hair on them, foundation tester dripping over displays, primer tester has a dry product that hasn't been clean in ages, unbelievable conditions for a "luxury" brand. Customer service in this "prestigious" brand was poor and rude.
Spanish, Italian lady with a very poor English, serve me with very bad manners and rushing the consultation with me. When I ask to be colour match she took a set of brushes from a drawer in absolutely disgusting conditions,what for I ask her to please to make sure the brush she uses with me was clean, as I have very sensitive skin, very rude and aggressive she mentions that all the brushes were clean, when I can clearly see rest of makeup on them.
I felt very intimidated by her behaviour, and how aggressive she was applying foundation on me. I ask her if there was a counter manager with who I could have a word, and with a sarcastic smile on her face, she mentions she was the business manager while she walks away from me, to speak with somebody else from another counter in her mother tongue language, again with a very aggressive body language.
I was very shocked, so I left with an incredible disheartened feeling.
I don't even understand how companies as YSL and HARVEY NICHOLS, allowed this type of behaviour.
How is possible that a manager in a luxury department store, don't speak proper English, doesn't care about counter hygiene conditions, use dirty brushes on customers, and she is so rude and aggressive.
A rash appears few the day after in my face and I had to treat by a doctor.
I will never come back to this department store.

Always top class customer service with top class products please dont go on negative reviews 1 or 2 people negative experience couldnt be worth blaming a company , their customer services is always so helpful, and i have always had a positibe experience with themc they make customers for life by being so kind

I ordered a perfume from the YSL online store as a present for my mum and paid the 'next day delivery' charge of 6.95 pounds. The product didn't arrive on time, so I contacted YSL customer service to let them know.

They asked me if I've changed the delivery address for my order, and after I confirmed that I haven't, then confirmed orally and then in writing that they will be issuing a refund of the 'next day delivery' charge when the product arrives.

The product arrived 4 days after the scheduled date, so I duly contacted YSL as they had told me, to ask for my refund. I only got a curt reply saying that I will not be getting a refund because I had changed the delivery address for the order. This, after our conversation and their oral and written confirmation that a refund will be given.

After some back and forth, YSL confirmed that a mistake has happened and that they will be refunding the next day delivery charge.

I only order foundation, but it arrives promptly with free samples in a robust box.

FREE SHIPPING, so its cheaper than ordering online for delivery from Boots etc. (unless you click and collect, or want the boots points). So far I haven't found a cheaper, reliable supplier
