⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend YTProud based on how my purchase has been handled.
I went into this purchase being extremely clear about what I needed. I specifically wanted a Facebook page that I could rebrand immediately for my own model/brand, and I asked numerous questions before buying because I wanted to make sure the page was suitable.
Initially, I found what looked like the perfect page — it was already within the AI model niche. After discussing it, I was then told the page had already been taken.
I then found a second suitable female-focused page which I could easily have rebranded. Everything was progressing normally until I was suddenly told they couldn't properly remove one of the existing owners from the page.
Already, that concerned me. These are pages being sold professionally, so basic ownership and transfer issues should surely be checked before offering them to buyers.
After waiting another couple of days, I was offered two completely unrelated "Tiger" pages instead. I questioned this because they had absolutely nothing to do with my niche. However, I was specifically reassured that these were strong accounts, monetised and, most importantly, that they could be completely rebranded.
That was the entire reason I agreed to accept one.
I completed the purchase, received the page, waited through the transfer process and then went to do literally STEP ONE of the rebrand: change the page name from "Leopards Club" to "Hilary Croft."
Facebook immediately rejected the change under its Page naming guidelines, and I am now restricted from changing the name again for 60 days.
So the page I was specifically told I could rebrand immediately cannot actually be rebranded in the way I purchased it for.
I raised this with YTProud and explained that if I had been warned before purchase that changing a completely unrelated page name could be rejected and potentially result in a 60-day restriction, I obviously would not have purchased this page.
Their response has essentially been that there is nothing they can do — no refund and no replacement account.
This is what I find completely unacceptable.
I understand that Facebook ultimately controls its own platform and YTProud cannot guarantee every decision Facebook makes. But that isn't really the issue here. The issue is that I clearly explained what I needed the page for, was repeatedly told that this particular page could be completely rebranded, relied on that information when making the purchase, and the very first essential part of that process failed.
If you're selling social media pages professionally and advising customers which accounts are suitable for their intended use, I think you have a responsibility to make customers aware of significant rebranding restrictions before taking their money.
A reasonable business response would have been: "Sorry, this hasn't worked as represented. We'll take the page back, hold it until the restriction expires and provide you with another suitable page."
Instead, I'm apparently expected to keep a page called "Leopards Club" for 60 days when I specifically purchased it to operate under an entirely different brand.
Very poor experience, poor pre-sale advice and extremely disappointing after-sales support.
I would strongly recommend anyone buying from YTProud gets every single claim about rebranding, ownership, name changes and account restrictions confirmed in writing before purchasing — because in my experience, being told an account can be "completely rebranded" did not mean it was actually ready to be rebranded when I received it.

1. Page Selection and Audience Requirements
Before the purchase, you specifically requested a Facebook page with a strong US-based audience and a predominantly male demographic. The pages offered to you were selected based on those requirements, and the relevant audience analytics were shared with you before the purchase.
You reviewed the information provided and voluntarily agreed to proceed with the purchase. The page was therefore not randomly assigned or forced upon you.
2. Transfer and Security Process
The transfer process required a short period of time because we follow security procedures to ensure that previous access is properly removed and ownership is transferred safely.
The page was successfully delivered to you in working condition, with ownership transferred and no existing ownership dispute.
3. Name Change Restriction
The main issue occurred after the page had been delivered and while attempting to rebrand it.
The page itself supported rebranding, and another page purchased by you from us was successfully rebranded without issue.
In this case, the name you attempted to use was “Hilary Croft.” Facebook/Meta applies its own automated policies and security checks to page name changes, particularly when changing the identity of an established page.
The resulting name-change restriction was imposed by Meta after the page had already been transferred to you and was outside our direct control.
4. Advice Provided After the Issue
When the initial name-change problem occurred, we advised you not to continue attempting the same restricted name and recommended using a different name that was more likely to comply with Meta’s requirements.
Despite this advice, further attempts and an appeal were made directly through Meta. Meta subsequently applied a 60-day name-change restriction.
Because these actions occurred after the successful handover of the page, we cannot reasonably accept responsibility for restrictions imposed as a result of post-purchase account activity.
5. Refund or Replacement Requests
We also have records of the conversation in which a negative review was mentioned in connection with requests for a refund or a replacement page.
We are always willing to assist customers with legitimate problems related to delivery or ownership. However, we cannot provide refunds or free replacements for restrictions imposed by Meta following actions taken after a page has been successfully transferred.
We fulfilled the order by delivering the agreed page in working condition with the requested audience characteristics and secure ownership transfer.
We regret that the situation ended this way, but we believe the circumstances described above provide important context that was missing from the original review.

They provided me one and somehow after a week the channel was deactivated. Now in a normal circumstance thats it and you have to buy a new one right?
