I ordered a letter box cake like I have had lots of times they are beautiful, I ordered a box of Baklava loved it all arrived on time but the Turkish delight I ordered got lost by Royal mail, but 1 message to the bakers and a replacement was sent and delivered very quickly, its the first time my order has been delayed, I have ALWAYS be very happy with the beautiful cakes and gifts and certainly happy with them this time the birthday cake was stunningly decorated and we had the lemon flavour this time it was delightful, shall repeat that order again for sure

I ordered this fruit cake for my wife's birthday. It was easy to order and arrived on time. I decorated it with a cake topper. My wife loved it. An overall good experience buying from this site. I will be doing again.

I sent a birthday present (bray cured meat treats) to my son-in-law and the response was "amazing, so chuffed,wow brilliant". Job done!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order, as although you promised delivery by 14th February, I received an email acknowledgement stating delivery would be on 21st.

Never mind I'm sure there will be opportunities in the future to enable me to sample your products.

Utterly delicious, rated 10/10 by the friend I bought the happy birthday and the cake selection for! Rated as lush, and even better because what she couldn’t eat straight away went in the freezer ! Purchased as a gift delivered direct to my niece as present. When she opened the parcel the honey had leaked over the content. I asked for a replacement and the company asked for photos. My niece sent photos by email direct to the seller. However going into the second week now and she still has not received a replacement. Rubbish customer service trying to contact the seller again to ask again for either replacement or refund.

I ordered some alchohol free drinks package for valentines day promised arrival 12 Feb .... Now i got a request to rate my Experience haha the Package was only Dispatched yesterday 23 Feb So THUS I HAVE GIVEN A 1 START RATING :-(

Fabulous selection of gifts and prompt delivery. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I was hoping for the option for all 3 items to be delivered together as it was a gift.

Great product with great service.
Product arrived on time and although one of the jars was damaged in transit by rough handling by courier, it was replaced by Yumbles with no problem.
The jam is full of flavour and lovely to eat.

I ordered macarons for a friend's birthday. As she lives hundreds of miles away, I didn't get to taste them but she was very pleased with this gift and shared them with her whole family. No complaints!

I bought the breads as a little gift for my daughter and son in law as they are vegan and gluten free. They both loved it and said how tasty it was. The consistency of the bread was excellent and we will definitely be buying it again.
