Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off. Product advertised completely different to product delivered. Ordered large pop up dinosaur book got tiny rubbish pop up book in Chinese.

Item not as described.

The item you see in the AD is not the item you receive.
I would not recommend buying from this company.

This company is now asking me for a reference for this transaction which there is not one on PayPal.

When you see the AD for this torch they show a large one but they actually send you a mini torch which is not worth the money you pay, if I could add pictures you would see my point.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND GET RIPPED OFF.

I never received my goods

I have written to you previously regarding this matter
You seem to think it’s your customers duty to chase up missing parcels
Yet again you are asking for more information
I’m extremely unhappy that this missing parcel appears to have disappeared I’ve submitted all I know , you are supposed take a picture yet expect me to chase it up
