An amazing customer experience.
Upon writing to the company to ask if they had any idea when an overdue order I’d placed might arrive, which, due to the postal strikes, wasn’t their fault, they kindly resent me the entire order, by special delivery, just in case.
A wonderful resolution to a situation not of their making.

Amazing customer service as order had not originally been received but they were quick to send a replacement which was received - ordered the honeycomb in dark chocolate which has made an excellent Christmas gift!

We offer a 5 working day delivery service, you placed the order at 8.30pm on 5th October so the 1st working day would be 6th October this means your delivery is due to arrive on or before Wednesday 12th October. You gave us this review on 11th October so hopefully you order will arrive in the day, if it dosn't please let us know at info@yummycomb.com. We are sorry you received the feedback email before you order arrival. We have now changed the schedule on the feedback email to allow for delivery of all orders.
