Scammers and dishonest. They held my vehicle hostage after pick up after the driver wanted a higher rate. I had to pay him $1000 after paying a $250 deposit for 1 car when I was quoted $600. Don’t trust them, they don’t adhere to agreements or contracts. Bad business, go with someone else.

I got my vehicle shipped and they did great job . Nice staff to help and driver dropped it on time without any hassle. Must try their services

They contract for one price then they try to charge you more on day of pickup or they refuse to get the car. I have text messages to prove it from “Grace Morgan”

Z311 Transport Services. Claims to be veteran-owned. If they are, they were most definitely dishonorably discharged!
Was quoted a price for shipping a vehicle from NH to NC. Made the mistake of paying them the brokerage fee up front. After 3 weeks of empty promises and over-inflated quotes WAY above the original quoted price I had to contract a different company to get my vehicle hauled. Bait & switch; seems to be this company's MO. BE AWARE! Hire a professional company. Z311 is not the ticket.

Bait & switch. Given a price (confirmed x 3) as the date approached to transport my car I was not called with a time pick up. I checked in with "Grace Morgan" who said the original drivers truck broke down and now it would be more expensive to get someone else. Grace wanted me to sign a new contract without cancelling the old one, I refused/insisted on cancelling before signing a new one which happened. However the new contract was so much more that I did not sign. They did not offer a cc option for the down payment so I sent zelle and have not received any of my deposit back even though they cancelled the contract and could not provide transport for the price they gave me.
