Updating my review-customer care solved the issue and i finally received my product. Shipping was a bit slow but in the end I received it. Too soon to tell if it is working though.
If I could give negative stars I would. My oder has been sitting in shipping label printed for five days. All customer Support would say is they will watch for movement! This is not acceptable and I will be filing a dispute with PayPal! ZF9020632 is my order.

Unfortunately this formula made me sick but the customer service was amazing. Quick to respond, understanding and very helpful. I would recommend.

I recently started taking a product from Zafira Organics but unfortunately the product just wasn’t working for me personally, likely due to some meds I was taking. I contacted Customer Service via e-mail and received a response back from Carlo almost immediately. He had 1 question which I answered and he responded back with the good news that a full refund was being processed and there was no need to return the product.
It’s always a pleasure to contact a company and receive such a timely, knowledgeable and professional response from them.

I wanted to mention what a super job, Michael, in Customer Service, did for me. I had been waiting for my order and it never came. I checked the tracking and it seemed to just disappear. When I emailed Customer Service, Michael answered very quickly. He checked everything and immediately offered me two options for resolution. I asked for replacement and he immediately ordered that for me right away. You can’t ask for anything more than his immediate response and resolution! Thank you again, Michael!

I was a skeptic but I was wrong. I’ve been on Mounjaro for 3 months and was experiencing the the expected side effects. I’ve been taking Zafira for 2 months and have already seen results. My nausea is gone. My hair loss has lessened to the point that my hair brush is not filling up. I no longer feel like I’m in a haze. Zafira really works.

I somehow received 2 orders instead of 1. Carlo in customer service was SO nice and understanding. He refunded the orders and was very kind. He couldn't have made it any easier to deal with! 5* for Carlo!

The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because I've only had 3 doses, so I cant adequately day hiw this supplement works...yet. I went fir my annual checkup yesterday and showed my doctor this product. He said it certainly cant hurt and to let him know how it works for me. I bought the 3 month supply so thst I can give it enough time
I will come back and do another review at that time. I have high hopes, so we will see!

The experience of buying one more thing that would help or not was made good by Carlo, who always responded to my questions. He answered instead of just acknowledging my concerns. I went from "trying" to asking myself, what if it does help, and bought the 3 bottle package. Something switched on early, my bloated stomach flattened and a stubborn pound that was trying to be 2 pounds dropped. Sweet relief!

There’s nothing but positive I can say about this company, their product and their customer service. Michael has been responsive, kind and respectful. All I can say is the customer service, especially Carlo, is absolutely exceptional! I found myself with way too many extra bottles of the Recovery Foundation and wrote an email to customer service and received a quick reply which solved my problem. Thank you for having such a great customer service.

I’m still skeptical - but I honestly feel so much better and it has only been a week

I have been on a GLP1 for two years. I suffered from daily nausea and feeling fatigued. My hair was getting thinner every day. I plateaued 5 months ago. Nothing seemed to help.

I ordered a three month supply of Zafira. I finished those bottles and quickly ordered three more bottles. My hair seems to be filling back in. The nausea and fatigue is gone. AND I have finally began losing the pounds again.

Give Zafira a try but give it time to work. It took 90 days for it to kick in for me!
