We are not against blends when they improve function or comfort, but we refuse to use polyester disguised as quality. We ordered multiple dresses from them. When we received it my wife washed one and saw how much it shrunk, but we knew that was a risk. The issue I have is the dresses that were not warn or washed we have been trying to return and had have ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. We have emailed them 3 times and messages on instagram. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend them at all.
I placed an order on March 7th and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number. I’ve tried reaching out to them on their website, Instagram, even email and there’s been no response. Starting to feel like this is a scam
I bought a dress from here and wore it to a speaking engagement. It was comfortable and flattering and modest. Just stunning! Thank you!
SCAM
No customer service. I ordered on their website and was not satisfied with the quality, it was very cheap. So I requested a return but received no response. I've lost 200€ and it's been three weeks since I've been trying to reach someone!!!

After investigating internally, we discovered that your return request was unfortunately not received correctly on our side, which caused the delay in communication. Great customer service! Beautiful abayas that’s are super comfortable and breathable. Highly recommend and will order from again.
The simple linen abaya is so elegant and comfy! I really loved the fabric texture, length, and color. I would say that the fabric is quite thin; I must use an underskirt. I washed the dress with cold water and let it air-dry, as you should with natural fabrics. But, the fabric still shrunk too much around the zipper, making the entire zipper look noticeably wavy. That could be a stitching issue or the fabric wasn’t pre-washed before sewing. The concept of the brand and the designs is remarkable, I can’t wait to see them grow! Go natural fabrics!
I'd say for this quality its a bit overpriced but the fabric and stitching is decent. I reckon a lot of the cost goes to their shipping as it comes direct from China. Saying that, its better getting this type of fabric which feels very comfortable over polyester made abayas for the same price or even more. I was updated on my shipping times and parcel arrived neatly packaged.
The linen abayas are too tight around the legs they need to be a bit wider here to let you walk in full strides.

I ordered the large lace up linen abaya. The natural fabric breathes wonderfully and feels good on. The lace up style is flattering and comfortable. I really like it. Definitely recommend.
Note: I purchased a large, but my 17 inch wide shoulders make it a tight fit there. Might want to size up if you have broad shoulders, since this fabric has no stretch.
Overall a great purchase.

The dresses are beautiful. The natural fabric makes it very confortable to wear. The perk of the dress is that it doesn’t need to be ironed which is so great ! The company is very is available to respond very kindly to our questions. We should support this kind of company like zailarah which makes product good for our body, the environment and ethically made.
