Inaccurate product descriptions and misleading marketing
Zanoro Casa is very misleading and factually wrong about the quality and make-up of their products, at least in my case. I purchased the Cerchio Moderno Round Tiered Shoe Rack described as "powder-coated carbon steel and iron frame for lasting, wobble-free stability," and they market themselves as Italian-inspired "curated," "modern," and "quiet elegance." Instead, I received a flimsy, lightweight metal (not powder-coated or carbon steel or iron) "shoe rack" that looked more like a plant stand from the dollar store. It also arrived with big, visible scratches and dents on multiple pieces, was poorly manufactured, and had a cheap paint job. They use a California address on their shipping box but my tracking link showed it was shipped from mainland China (I live in California and it took 12 days to get to me from the time it was shipped...). The shoe rack cost me $133 on 6/25/26, and they are now selling the item for $227. I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did at an even higher price.
