Not a reputable company. Scam. Not operating in Canada as the website domain suggests. They will not offer you a full refund and take your money regardless if you try to cancel within their cancellation policy. Their return policy is not upfront and they make their own rules like time zones which are not indicated on the website. Here is a chat transcript and email them asking me to take down reviews.

Impossible to contact re returns

Ordered a prom dress for my daughter. Dress is disappointing and cheap looking, but more distressing is the impossibility of returning it, despite the promise of easy returns. The site gives an email address, which just bounces emails back. I've also tried contacting them via What's App, the contact form on the website and phone, and no answer. The phone sends you to a voice mail that is full. Totally frustrating!!

Thrilled beyond words ……

I have been purchasing items from the store for several years now. The delivery always arrives within the timeframe that they indicated. I have been very satisfied with their services, and HIGHLY recommend purchasing their items.
The only word of advice; measure yourself because a L on their website is not the same as in the USA/Canada. Always order a size or two bigger.

Almost but not quite great

I received my dresses. They are beautiful. However, they are no where near a 3XL size, not by Canadian measurements anyway. Pay close attention to their sizing guide before ordering, I should have. These dresses are not even a 1XL. I understand that sizes vary around the globe, but clothes sold in Canada should be labeled accurately for Canadian size guides. I assumed the zapaka.ca url indicated a Canadian shopping experience. Should never assume. Disappointing that I won't be able to enjoy what look like beautiful dresses.

Misrepresentation of free shipping

I love zapaka's dresses. But on my last experience on zapaka.ca ( according To, I m shopping from canada!) , the site invite me To buy more for having free shipping. I had 149$, and it said "from1$ to free shipping". I bought another item, shoes, and shipping sas still 44$. I wrote to help services to ask the reason. They told me " fees of shipping depend of the country you are. Okay... well... I'm from canada, shopping on zapaka.ca canada, it says free shipping, I assume it s for canada. Nop... 44$, and shoes l dont need...
