Randomly one day I did a speed test…

In their reply they have told me to remove my post. I'm sorry. As my screenshot shows without my knowledge zappy host are nefariously interacting with my phone

Randomly one day I did a speed test through chorus to find that my uploading was going through zappy host I've never heard of zappy hose don't know what it is don't know what it does don't know how it got on my phone 2 degrees should be holding my in and out data so it looks to me like they are fortunately harvesting my data.

Hi there.
I am sorry but I think you might be confused. We dont have the ability to 'harvest your information' What you did is a speedtest and your phone/laptop/computer automatically chose to use our (Zappie Host) speedtest server to test against. There are many different speedtest server and you can even choose to test agianst a different one manually (Can be 2Degrees, Spark. Orcon, Chorus, and many many many others)

As you mentioned you never even heard of Zappie Host and you've never been a client of ours so. Can you please get this misleading and mistaken review delete please

I'm sad to say my website just went…

I'm sad to say my website just went down. No explanation. No customer service. No response to 3 tickets. Phone number isn't being answered. They've got my data and they aren't talking to me. It might be enough to bankrupt me. It's certainly enough for me to lose a great many customers. No response. So irresponsible

Outstanding

I just loved how much effort they put into getting everything to work perfectly for their customers and making them happy with their service. Would definitely recommend. On that basis, this will be a long-lasting partnership.

Fraudulent data counting, zero response

Had a VPS with Zappie some years ago, for 18 months. Worked fine but I noticed they were massively over-reporting my data usage. I starting using two separate methods to collect my _actual_ data throughput and after a month put my own figures to them in a support ticket. This was completely ignored and I wasn't going to risk being overcharged by their fraudulent data accounting so I eventually put a halt on payments to try to elicit some response. All I got back was they served me an account suspension notification - all the while having never even acknowledged the support ticket and various emails I'd sent them. Honestly it seemed like a one-man band and he'd either died or gone on holiday. Needless to say I switched provider after this abominable experience.

Hi there Tom, Can you please let me know your Ticket ID, we dont see any tickets open (at all) and have been for a while now responding to all tickets within 1-4 hours.

Our system automatically suspends any services that have been overdue for 5+ days (and if its overdue for 10 days it gets automatically terminated) I would love resolved before your services gets terminated automatically

Our bandwidth tracking system does not overcharge ever. even if you got well over 100% it just keeps counting so there is nothing to worry about at all there. Please do get in touch by ticket again since we see no ticket open or let me know here your ticket ID

Support is non existent

Support is non existent. Servers routinely shut down on their own. Performance of the VPS service is horrible. You get what you pay for, cheap price cheap product. Spend the extra $5/m it will save you time on the long run.

I have been with Zappie for over 6…

I have been with Zappie for over 6 months, the VPS is good when it works. The problem is there is zero customer service, support tickets go unanswered for multiple weeks. As the saying goes you get what you pay for...
