Ordered boots, shoes arrived. Right size though. Actually quite comfortable but laces are awful. Complained and was given a 10% refund (£1.98) and a £10 voucher which I doubt I'll use.

Scam - do not be fooled by their Facebook advertising.
The shoes arrived after a 3 week wait, as soon as you wait that long you know they are most likely coming in from China and not from the UK or Europe.
They are NOT Italian leather as described, they are cheap Chinese man-made crap worth about £7.
I should have read the reviews before buying them.
Return policy almost pointless, stating follow the agreed policy, and that's after their mis selling descriptions.

Elaborate and impressive advertising, boasting all manner of things (such as health
benefits for the over 50s and ‘genuine leather’). But it’s all to lure the unsuspecting. In reality cheap plastic rubbish is what I received. Never again!!!

Order trainers took a while to turn up, later than expected date, but right size trainers, so happy

Sent wrong size then offered small refund to keep. Said no as can’t use them and was told return costs are mine but would not send correct size. Avoid them awful customer service

Do not pay from this company it's a scam. Ordered some boots in December 2025, there sent the wrong boots and size. Been trying to get my money back since January 2026 only to be told I need to pay to send them back which I refuse to as there sent out the wrong item. Now when I get in touch all there say is already replied to my email. If you are thinking of paying from this company do your homework first.

Absolutely appalling company ! Ordered 2 pair of trainers. Took 2 months to arrive and then looked nothing like on the website plus stiching was coming away. I contacted zashoe and was told I had to cover postage back yet consumer rights state you dont if the item is faulty. They keep sending same email everyday offering 30% discount. I have now opened a case with PayPal. Nothing bit scammers !!

repeat wrong orders and say you have to pay return postage por accept discount. Beware of dodgy trading from this company.

As of now five pairs of wrong boots, still no white all black.

Ordered work shoes 3 weeks ago still no sign of them and very poor communication

Shoes no where near correct UK size.
Return address is in China.

Bought a pair of shoes advertised as best quality leather. When they arrived the uppers were made from PLASTIC!!
The shoes had a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell which was eye watering. They really were cheap junk.
When I tried ro return I discovered I would have to pay the shipping costs, which would cost more than I paid for the shoes. So I will give them to a charity shop (if they will take them) and be out of pocket.
There really is no win with these scumbags, so avoid them and don't be a fool like me.

l ordered two pairs of shoes in December l have heard nothing. l informed PayPal who are investigating l won't use zashoe again even if they paid me steer clear of this company.

Appalling customer service. I ordered a pair of boots in November and still hadn't received them by early January. Emailed to request information as I had received no communications at all and was advised there was a problem with delivery, could I confirm my address if I wanted a replacement or accept a 50% refund. I asked for a replacement but have still received nothing and the email reply was a copy of the previous email again stating I could have a 50% refund.
