They take their SLA's seriously' and service levels are consistently monitored and maintained. Overall' their honesty and reliability have built a strong sense of trust.

They are our co-managed it vendor and have been helping us with it helpdesk management for over an year. The team is great and knows how to get stuff done without any escalations and meet promised SLAs.

Their always on IT Support service has been very helpful during the summer holidays when our IT team was unavailable. Their team handled an after hour business systems failure exceptionally well. Their IT support engineer was quickly available and worked to get the issue resolved.

They kept us informed and ensured that our systems are up and running within a few hours.

User lifecycle management is handled very well by Zazz team. From account creation to deactivation, every step is documented and auditable. They work closely with HR and management to ensure accuracy. This has helped us meet internal and regulatory requirements more easily

Truly fascinating how anyone would willingly work with these wonderfully entitled individuals. Their business model seems to be: squeeze you for work, nickel-and-dime you with the most embarrassingly useless up-sells, then discard you like yesterday’s trash once they’re done. We supposedly “worked together” on a product—by which I mean endless pushing of their lame add-ons, followed by zero actual delivery. All talk, no results, just vibes and invoices. Wishing them the exact level of success they deserve… which is none.

Zazz basically did nothing and gave us an unusable site riddled with problems. They lied and told us they were "working on it", yet never fixed quickly identified (by my team) problems. They didn't hold up their end of the bargain and simply told my company "it's a lot of fixes" and didn't want to fix them. What? Yes lots of fixes, because they bungled the project so badly. The product produced is so terrible, we can't use and my company has lost thousands and thousands of dollars and man hours with this waste of time. It's so bad in fact, I doubt we will be able to use anything they produced at all as it doesn't function for our users. We will likely need to start from scratch entirely. Avoid at all costs. The company is very scam like and did nothing they said they would. Every call we had with them was a complete waste of time as they did nothing. Emails would go unanswered until shortly before the meeting the following week. Like they just were scrambling to catch up to look like they were "working". We all knew they weren't.

They are doing scam and looting hard earned money. Don't give your money ever to them. You will lose all. They are scam.

Very disappointed. They are a total fraud. They lack communication skills. They lie about what thye do. They did a scam with me as well. Highly unprofessional and fraudulent.

Please give the company no money. U lost over 80000 EUR.No they delete my account and took all my money. CS was very unpolite. At is a trick. I have a cooy of all the documents and whats app message. Every time I had to pay more ans CS told me Yi will get back within 15 min. Don't give the money this company. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I lost evrything. I have to go to the german consul in SF and ask for help and to the police, criminal department and I have to go to lawyer company as well.may be i find on socisl media, some preople who happened the same. Zazz blog is a real scam, I've lost my money, when negative amount keeps come up, I couldn't pay it , and I didn't finish the task, as a result I couldn't withdraw £ 2000+ that I payed earlier I. I couldn't even give this criminal app one stars , zero stars will be my option. Please don’t give this people your money!!! I will never ever recommend this to anyone.
