A very professional approach
A very professional approach. I was kept informed and the engineer arrived as arranged. He was very professional and courteous and very efficient. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. He also put everything back and left the utility room clean and tidy. I have used this firm before and would highly recommend it.

Unfortunately the part for my machine…
Unfortunately the part for my machine was £500 but the engineer gave an honest appraisal. Saying that he couldn't guarantee something else wouldn't go with it especially as its a 20 year old Miele washing machine. More than happy with the service if not the result.

Very prompt response and repair
Very prompt response and repair. I received a text after my enquiry and a call on the morning to confirm time of arrival . The analysis and repair was done very quickly by Gareth . I would certainly approach Gareth again if I have other problems
