The staff at Zekkei and Fenix Furano were absolute gems from start to the end of our trip. They were so helpful and understanding through all fronts of interactions. Special mention to Veronica, Ruby and Yvonne who went out of the way to help us secure rooms for an additional night at short notice; truly appreciate the prompt help and arrangements. Amazing hospitality and we will definitely return to Fenix Furano for our next trip to Hokkaido 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful views from our 4-bedroom suite, delicious and satisfying complementary breakfast in addition to the dinners we had at the restaurant. Loved the fireworks Friday night with evening skiing. Very convenient ski valet, rentals, etc. And the onsen soak after a day of skiing followed by a cold dip and then capping off with a sauna was thoroughly satisfying. The town of Niseko also was quaint, with lots of choices to eat, be merry, and have fun. Loved the large number of Aussies which made for a great mix of cultures.

Nice house , nice place and nice people

All the team at Fenix are friendly, polite and accommodating. From booking to transfers to checkout all the team are wonderful. The location is really convenient and the rooms are good size. (They could use some shelves or drawers in the wardrobe rather than just hanging space). The shuttle service meant we enjoyed many a fun evening in downtown. A big thank you to shuttle drivers: Mitch, Jack, Harry, Tyler, Niamh to Yosi also for amazing restaurant tips and Kayle and Isabella on front desk.
