cheating and lying support
The support lied to us about using their eSIM from Portugal. They encouraged us to buy the eSIM, only to find out later from the purchase email that it can be activated and used in Latvia only.
Upon secondary contact on Facebook and by email, they just ignored all my questions about cancellation and refund, and kept sending answers unrelated to the refund, like robots.
Don't trust their people and verify all the information before anything. They hire youngsters from villages to pay them minimum wage, and don't take responsibility for their mistakes and BS.
Unfortunately, that's what the entire country of Latvia is becoming like. Despite excelling in customer support 20 years ago.
