Fake tracking number/never received

Ordered shoes thru marketplace on Walmart, shipped by Zendi. I was given a fake tracking number that showed my package going all over the country (one time going from WV to Louisiana in an hour!! Anyway, never got the shoes, but fortunately Walmart was good enough to issue a full refund plus a credit voucher for the aggravation. I will make sure to check vendor when ordering thru Walmart. If it doesn't say shipped by Walmart I'm not buying it! Lessons learned.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. They're running a total scam. The product is garbage and nowhere near worth what they charge you - and that's before they trap you in their monthly subscription scheme.
They deliberately hide the fact you're signing up for recurring payments when you buy. Nothing in the checkout process makes it clear you'll be charged every month. Then when you finally catch the charges on your credit card statement and try to cancel, they make it a complete nightmare.
I made the mistake of buying from them and deeply regret it. Don't waste your money or time dealing with these people.

SCAM

Just had £45 removed from my account by this company for an apparent subscription. I bought a once only in January only not answering emails and when I to go into 'manage by subscription' it says it does not recognise my email. I have had to get my bank to deal with this but sadly the £45 has gone through.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. The product brought me out in a rash around eye area which took 2 weeks to correct. Stupidly, I didn’t realise I was in a subscription situation so I then received more of the F***ing stuff and surprise surprise they take your money and then don’t respond when you request a return.
They are awful , don’t go there AT ALL!

Very unhappy

Firstly you cannot make a review without a rating. Unfortunately the ratings don't go into minus ratings because that's what they deserve.
The product is rubbish, and without sending more product in the subscription I set up I have now been charged 3 times the amount I originally spent ... And received nothing.
They have confirmed my subscription is cancelled but have not agreed to the repay me.
Give this company a wise berth!

I've received all my 4 box intact and sealed well, Absolutely wonderful product again thankyou to China!
I have high expectations from this eye balm, as it's also made in one of the best countries and make the best medicine's, smells lovely and just how it should! Thankyou Zendi, from a Yorkshire lassi, Angela

The product was never received and

The product was never received and, according to tracking, was returned to the company, signed for by them. They will not refund my money.

They have the product back. They’re not disputing that it was returned, when ‘apparently’ I refused to accept it on delivery.

Still they will not refund me. Or send it to me again.

‘We want to assure you that we share your frustration, and we genuinely regret that Zendi is not liable as this is beyond our control. Due to this, we are unable to process a reshipment or a refund.’

Stay clear of this company!

This product is not at all as…

This product is not at all as advertised. It smells like coconut oil and not frankincense. The roller ball is very stiff and hardly any comes out. I cancelled my subscription - ow after reading these reviews I am very concerned about them honoring that.

Total scam company

Total scam. Came from China in brown package. The smell is vanilla, not frankincense and label looked homemade with Chinese writing on the side. Did not want to use around my eyes after looking at it. Tried to email them but they never respond.

Total scam. They charge you for s product you don't receive. When you try to contact them you never receive a message back. You can't access your "subscription" and they never respond. Charged $107 and hoping reporting it as fraud gets me my money back.

Total scam. I called them out on their Facebook page and they deleted all comments questioning authenticity. Contact information is invalid. A china company. Take your money but that's all they do.

THIEVING SCAMMERS

The product is ok. But the customer service is a SCAM we had to cancel our credit card because they kept billing us as a subscription and wouldn’t respond at all to any correspondence. Shame on them.

Very Possibly a Scam

Zero Stars from me!

The testimonials and their website are very convincing...I bought 4 bottles for myself and to give as gifts at Christmas. When I received them and tried it out, I had an allergic reaction...my eyes burned and watered all evening (I was careful not to get the product in my eyes), and by morning they were swollen. I also was not convinced that they are using real frankensense oil...it smells more like an artificial vanilla scent.

I've now written to them on their website 4 times (and twice in the Facebook comments on their ads) asking for them to honour their 30-day money back guarantee, and no-one from the company is responding. It's been several weeks of trying to get a reply. So I am sadly accepting that it's a scam and I've lost my money. Don't fall for their very convincing advertising, website and "testimonials".
