We needed COVID testing for entry back…
We needed COVID testing for entry back into the states. We went to Zen and found them to be professional and personable. I will definitely use them again if needed in London. It was located near Russell Square.

I needed to schedule a COVID test in advance of travel to UK. Sent an email to link on ZEN website. Within 3 minutes received a call in the US on my mobile. In 5 minutes I had two appointments scheduled, paid for and confirmations in my email inbox. Incredibly responsive and efficient. Excellent Service.

My experience at Zenhealthcare was both comprehensive and consolidated. I came in for a COVID-19 test, and was pleasantly surprised to find it both affordable and efficient. The Zenhealthcare team is well-informed and dedicated to their patients and customers. Highly recommend!

Very Professional staff and pleasant experience
Despite my displeasure of having to go through this needless (US CDC red tape) and the expense (would rather have donated the 100 pounds sterling to Ukraine), the staff and ambience at this location were professional and pleasant. My wife and I are fully vaccinated (I have two boosters and she one for now) were somewhat annoyed at the craziness and confusion caused by our Government's BS. Entering the UK was a blast; not as easy leaving to go home. But that does not deter from the fine service at Zen. Good job.
