Zenni Optical Avis 

So far they are prompt and the product is well made, I had a better experience here than at its competition Aoolia.

I have a charge of about $700 on Captal one Card from Zenni Optical and I had no idea what it was for.
Could that be the horrible glasses I found in my mail box? Not sure. I think I tossed them.
I never ordered anything from those people. Somehow they got hold of my credit card.

Super frustrating experience! My husband’s company offers $180 worth of benefits a year through Zenni. I got on the regular website and spent one hour trying on glasses and uploading my prescription. At check out, I discovered it was card only. I liked the glasses I chose and decided to pay out of pocket.
I went to the Zenni Business site and the frames that were offered on their regular website were not there. They only offer cheap, tacky frames. I have benefits I can’t use, because they don’t have anything worthy to wear on your face. :/

the lens on the glasses will look like there is a big smudge after a few cleanings using a lens cleaner. What ever coating they use does not hold up.

I found the website to be too slow from one screen to another. I thought I should be able to look at more choices without refreshing every time. Also, there was no option to keep shopping after one order when I wanted to buy more than one item. I basically had to do each one separately which took a lot more time. The last thing is that I would like to know how thick or strong the frames are. I bought 2 different kinds (2 the same and one different), and the most expensive one for the bifocal progressives, which is very nicely designed, is very thin and feels like it could break easily. The other 2 are much stronger an d thicker even though a lot less expensive. I did like that they came pretty quickly, much faster than in the past.

In early August 2022 I submitted a new prescription on line. About 2.5 weeks later Zenni sent the glasses, On the website, I found that the glasses prescription was former prescription in Zenni's records. After informing Zenni subsequently the correct prescription came. I was charged shipping for Zenni's mistake. My spouse received an incorrect prescription reading glasses in December 2022.
My spouse and I have been a Zenni clients for ~11+ years. Until recently we have not experienced problems.

This is the first time I ordered glasses online. Using the virtual "try on" made choosing the right frame easy. The frame I purchased fit perfectly and the lens were crisp and sharp. The cost was less than 50% of what I was quoted at an optical store.

I would like to give Zenni 5 AND A HALF STARS! I ordered the glasses on July 18Th or 19Th because I had actually ordered glasses from Goggles4U on July 3 Rd. (Which BTW I still have not gotten those) and found out that there was going to be major issues with getting them. Well, at any rate I got my glasses today from Zenni and could not be HAPPIER with the purchase. So, thank you Goggles4U because without your bad service I would not have found Zenni. Will be ordering another pair of Zenni glasses as soon as I get my refund from those other guys!!

Absolutely Beautiful frames at a fraction of the cost vs prices at opticians. I’ve bought 5 frames and all 5 cost
less than 1pair from the Optician. I’ll be ordering from Zenni right after my annual eye exam. We can now easily afford multiple styles of glasses at a very reasonable cost……..THANKS to ZENNI!

I love, love, love, love Zenni! I have 21 pairs. They are honestly the best glasses I have ever had. They are beyond affordable. Customer for life!
